Enough of my ranting...Nudge is gorgeous! On sephora.com it's described at "mint green" but uhh yeah, no. It's a pastel sky blue, or the bluest "mint" green I have ever laid my eyes on. The formula was a bit thick but not hard to apply, there was some streaking but since it's a pastel that is to be expected. The polish did level itself out and once it dried it looked perfect! This kind of reminds me of China Glaze For Audrey, not sure how it compares...I might need to pull them both out and do a comparison!
This is 2 coats of Illamasqua Nudge and 1 coat of China Glaze Fast Forward
Edited to Add: There were a few suggestions for dupes in the comments, below is a picture of the how the bottles of the ones I had compare to Nudge... doesn't look like there are any dupes out of these!
From Left To Right: Orly- Gumdrop, China Glaze- For Audrey, Illamasqua- Nudge, OPI- What's With The Cattitude?
Blog Gadgets
I've never bought any Illamasqua polish for the same reason as yours: the high price!
ReplyDeleteBut if you had some gift cards I understand you!
Is Nudge similar to CG bahamian escape or OPI what's with the cattitude? or is it really different?
The Illamasqua polishes I'd like to try are DWS, Whack,Caress, Winck, Collide, Propaganda and Smash, maybe I'll buy one or two if you say they're awesome!!!
When I get home from work I'll see if I have either of those and let you know how they compare. I'm pretty sure I have the OPI but I might not have that China Glaze :)
ReplyDeleteWhat a cute polish! I love it <3 You're right, they're very expensive, but what the heck if you have giftcards anyway! Those giftcards are MADE for expensive laquers, right? :)
ReplyDeleteLOVE THIS!
ReplyDeleteThat looks a lot like Orly gumdrop too
ReplyDeleteok guys, I pulled out China Glaze For Audrey, OPI What's With The Cattitude and Orly Gumdrop. None of them are dupes....Gumdrop and For Audrey look too green and Cattitude is a different shade of blue.
