Anywho, I'm sure you've heard of this new Revlon shade that just came out called Perplex. I searched 5 CVS stores before I finally found the display. Perplex is said to be a dupe of Chanel- Paradoxal, and it's pretty darn close if I do say so myself. In terms of price well the Revlon is nearly $20 cheaper as it retails for $4.99, Chanel if memory serves me right was $23. I can't believe I'm about to say this, but I prefer the Revlon formula. Considering this is only my 2nd time using Revlon and my first experience left me with a bad taste I'm shocked that I like their formula better. I also like their brush better than the Chanel brush but that's just a personal preference thing. In terms of wear I wore my polish like this for 3 days and had chipping on one of the fingers with Chanel and only minor tip wear with the Revlon polished nails. I'm not going to say which polish is which until the end, see if you can tell the difference!
I used 2 coats of Chanel-Paradoxal and 2 coats of Revlon- Perplex for the swatches below.
So which is which?

Oh my god they are almost identical! If you hadn't have labelled the photos I wouldn't have known the difference! I really, really want Revlon Perplex now, hopefully it will come to Canada soon! :)
