Duri- Pure Ice

Hi guys! Happy Monday, I feel like death warmed over today...ugh. Hoping that as the day goes on the yucky feeling will go away! Today I have another Duri polish for you. This one is called Pure Ice. Not really sure what to think of this one to be honest. I like it but at the same time I really don't like it. Pure Ice is a silvery while almost frosty base with a bunch of copper glitter mixed in. It looked interesting which is why I bought it. This would definitely make a good neutral kind of color if you need something like that. Inside and in low light it wasn't in your face, you couldn't really see the glitter unless you were really looking for it. The formula was good, a little sheer but the visible nail line wasn't too bad. For the pictures below I used 2 coats. The polish dried with a bit of texture but was completely smooth after 1 coat of Seche Vite.

  1. I have mixed feelings about this one. It looks pretty on you- but I feel like it would look awkward against my skintone!

  2. I am not loving it, either! I hope you feel better soon, I also feel like CRAP!

  3. I hope that you feel better, soon. It sucks to be sick, doubly so around the Holidays. *passes a tissue and hot drink*

I have to say, I am not liking that polish. I guess there is a stinker to be found, anywhere you go.

  4. Feel better!!

I LOVE this polish! It's the perfect snow-y color, teehee. I love going all out in winter, with "snowy" white eyes/flushed cheecks and pearly nails. This is perfect! What can you buy Duri brand?

  5. @BeautyMaven

  6. @Jen Hahaha that would make sense, huh? =P Thanks!
