OPI- Pink Me I'm Good

Happy Friday! It's a rainy one here today! Anyone doing anything fun this weekend? Maybe finishing up Christmas shopping? I'm done except for the people who want gift cards and I can get all those at the grocery store!  So last night I went to CVS to buy a new pair a scissors and of course wandered the cosmetics section, still on the hunt for those damn Milani 1 coat glitters. No luck on those but I found something even better! OPI- Pink Me I'm Good!! This was an Ulta exclusive a little while back and while it was out I was still in I hate all things pink mode and passed it up. Then the regret came and I wanted it SO badly only to find it for a fortune on ebay. I decided I would just never have this polish. Imagine my shock when I came across an OPI display at this CVS and found a bottle of pink and gold glitter awesome staring at me. I thought "no...that's couldn't be it, that was an Ulta exclusive and HTF" then I turned over the bottle and OMG it was Pink Me I'm Good. Talk about random good luck, I ran to the registers and paid then got home with my bottle of awesome and realized I forgot to buy scissors ha!

Anyway, I decided to do my mani with Pink Me I'm Good even though the weather gods decided to have crap weather to take pictures in. I'm not really happy with how these turned out, but it was literally pouring so it's the best I could do..then I reached for something in my bag and the chipped like half the polish off my middle finger so I can't even take more pictures if I wanted to until tomorrow! lol Okay enough rambling...Pink Me I'm Good is a bright pink with a ton of gold glitter, it's pretty sheer though. I used 2 thin coats and one thick one and got it opaque enough that I like it. I could still see the nail line but it wasn't noticeable. There was quite a bit of texture with this, even after 2 coats of top coat it was still a little bumpy.

  6. Oh my gosh.. I was going to buy that the other day but I went with Ali's Big Break instead. Now I know I need that one too ahahha:)
OH ps, a tip I found out on Scrangie: If you do base coat, then top coat, it makes your nails a LOT smoother. Just tried that with Party Hearty, works like a charm:) long as you use enough base coat, of course haha:)

  10. What a lucky find! It's so pretty. It's funny how one day you hate a colour but then the next you love it again. I never used to like pink but I'm really liking it lately.
