First up is Nice is Nice, a pretty light pastel lilac. The formula was great, it wasn't streaky and was pretty opaque for such a light color. I only needed 2 coats for full opacity. I did have some issues with this drying on me, it took about 3 hours even with a quick dry top coat. Sometimes I think Essie just doesn't get along with my body chemistry sometimes.

Next up is Topless and Barefoot which is a pink toned beige nude color. Love this, it's a little too pink to be mannequin hands on me though. The formula was great again a little thick but very easy to work with, it wasn't streaky and was opaque in 2 coats. The formula on this is what I was wishing Incognito from Color Club Alter Ego was. I see myself using this a lot, if you like nude colors like this one I think Topless and Barefoot is a good polish to add to your collection!

Last for today is Kisses and Bisses which is a sheer polish with a pearly pink shimmer. I tried this on it's own and wasn't a fan to be honest...but I don't like sheer polish. But it is awesome for layering and I will be using it a lot for that. It's very much like the wonderful effects polishes that CND gives us. It adds a subtle pink shimmer to your base color. I love it! I layered it over a bunch of polishes on my nail wheel and it's so incredible! For today's post I decided to put it over Topless and Barefoot, I love this combo!

I should have the last 2 polishes from this collection up soon, I just have to go find them! My local places where I usually buy Essie haven't gotten this collection yet!

I quite like the effect of kisses and bisses with topless and barefoot beneath it. But I feel these are not unique enough though :/
ReplyDeleteI wanna get the mini cube, but I already have one color that's pretty much identical the pink in this collection. I also have Essie's Lilacism. Do you think it would be close to Nice is Nice? Because it isn't worth getting the cube when I already have 2 out of the 4. :/
