Orly Sapphire Silk vs. Mac Blue India
Good Morning! Today I have for you guys another comparison that I promised a while ago, sorry for lagging so bad! Way back when I posted Orly's Spring collection aaminahs mom asked me to do a comparison of Orly Sapphire Silk to Mac Blue India. I finally did it! Yay! Unfortunately they aren't dupey. :( Blue India is a bit darker and more dusty (for lack of a better term) and is a creme while Sapphire Silk has more of the squishy jelly finish and is a brighter teal. It might be close enough for you, if you never picked up Blue India.

I've picked up three from this collection (Ancient Jade, Royal Velvet and Pure Porcelain - my profile pic) and I think you just convinced me to get Sapphire Silk!

ReplyDeleteThanks for the comparison! I found this post after searching for reviews of Blue India. I've heard that their formulas are quite bad - do you find that to be true with this one? Also, could you do a comparison with Blue India and Orly Blue Suede (even though it's a matte)?

ReplyDeleteI didn't think it was bad! Sometimes Mac polish isn't great but Blue India is one of the better one!
Unfortunately I don't own that Orly polish so I can't compare the two, sorry about that
