Good Morning! I can't wait for tonight! I'm going to a concert! New Found Glory to be exact, and at a tinnnnny venue. I am so excited! They have been one of my favorite bands for over 10 years now so it will be fun to see them in such a small club as opposed to where I have seen them live before...in arenas & large clubs like the House of Blues. I kind of can't believe it's mid February and this is only my first concert of the year. I go to a lot of concerts, or at least I used to. A couple years ago my cousin and I went to something like 75 shows in 1 year, concerts are pretty much my other obsession. It got to the point where the guy who books the shows at the venue I'm going to tonight knew us by name and would talk our ears off when we would go to buy tickets for shows lol. Lucky for my wallet the music scene kind of sucks right now so I'm not going to very many shows.
Alright, so today I have for you guys Shiny Dancer from the Urban Ballerina collection from Sephora by OPI. I was waiting and waiting for this...stalking my Sephora. Finally they got it! Glad to say, I am not disappointed! Shiny Dancer is a gray and silver metallic polish with a very strong blue undertone. I love it! The formula was great! No complaints here!
I used 2 coats of Sephora by OPI Shiny Dancer for the pictures below.

hmm. i like it. but i have a no $OPI thing! not for any REAL reason, just not ready to start another brand, ya know?
ReplyDeleteomg i want this colour! too bad it's a sephora exclusive. they are so expensive here! but it's gorgeous
ReplyDeleteI love this one! I wonder how it compares to OPI Lucerne-tainly look marvelous though...looks very similar (maybe minus the undertone? which would justify getting both...right? lol )
ReplyDeleteHold me closer, Shiny Dancer!
ReplyDeleteThis is a gorgeous color ! I don't know why we don't have $OPI in Europe, are we cursed ?!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous!
ReplyDeleteShiny Dancer reminds me of Elton John's "Tiny Dancer" which reminds me...most of his songs would make great OPI colors. I mean think about it...
ReplyDeleteTiny Dancer--soft ballerina pink
Goodbye Yellow Brick Road--Orangy Yellow
Bennie and the Jets--Jet Black, maybe with a duochrome shimmer
I guess that's why they call it the blues--Deep Blue
Candle in the Wind--Dreamy White sparkle
Nikita--Military olive green with a bit of deep red shimmer.
I see incredible potential there. :)

ReplyDeletegirl you gotta go to some concerts. There are some bands/groups that I enjoy more live than recorded. I really enjoy the atmosphere of concerts too!

ReplyDeleteLove this shade on you.
ReplyDeleteI just finished a manicure with this over Queen of Everything. We have a new favorite!
ReplyDelete@Macbella2 I was just thinking that. It seems like it might be a little lighter/more silver than Lucerne-tainly
ReplyDeleteWho doesn't love metallic or chrome
ReplyDeletepolish like that, especially on nights out and at parties?
