It's Official, I'm Official

Hi guys! Sorry for the lack of polish today, new post tomorrow. I was just in a very blah mood for most of the day and didn't feel like bringing it here! Today has been quite the day for mail, I got a bunch of polishes that will be up for grabs very soon for my 1 year blog anniversary...more on that in the next couple of weeks! I also got Moo mini cards in the mail, I know you are probably thinking Moo what? Technically this isn't really nail polish related but oh well, close enough! To entice you into reading on...

Alright, so what are Moo mini cards? Moo mini cards are like little business cards. I always said at work that I would feel "official" when I got business cards, so I guess that now my little website can be official since it now has business cards lol. The mini cards are about half the size as the standard business card, I bought and made them on Moo.com. Moo.com is pretty cool you can design all sorts of things, mini cards, regular business cards, postcards, greeting cards and even stickers! I figure these could be great for networking if I ever make it out to any of the beauty shows like Cosmoprof. I also seem to find myself lately telling ladies about my blog if we get on the topic of nail polish so it would be handy to give them one of these instead of trying to tell them my URL.

What I really love about what Moo is doing is that you can completely customize everything. You get to design the front and back of the mini cards. You can upload your own photos (or drawings etc...) and have it on the back of your card, they let you use up to 100 different designs as a way to show off your work. I am incredibly impressed with how mine turned out. I wasn't expecting the colors and textures of the polish to be shown how they actually were in the photos I uploaded. Overall I am very impressed, it was $19.99 for 100 mini cards, I think that's reasonable. The card stock they are printed on is thick and they don't feel cheap. I have ordered business cards online before from different websites and these are by far the best quality ones I've personally bought.

Big thanks to Kari from Once Bitten for telling me about these...I love twitter for reasons like this! Below are pictures of the packaging and the front/back of my cards. The front is more readable than it appears, though I do wish I had made the font a little bigger!

Disclosure: I think I said Moo more times in this post than I have ever said Moo in my entire life. Moo Moo Moo
