The PolishAholic 1 year Blogiversary Giveaway!

Good morning! I can't believe it, it's almost been a year since I started this little blog of mine...11 months to be exact! I am still shocked that anyone reads or cares about my ramblings...thank you guys for supporting my little piece of the internet!

To celebrate this crazy year I've got a giant giveaway for you guys! There will be 4 winners in total, onto what is up for grabs!
