Sally Hansen Crackle & Tracey Reese Spring 2011 Previews!

Hi guys, wanted to share these with you because I am pretty excited about both of them!

First up, Sally Hansen is doing Crackles! These will be on store shelves in June! Who is excited?!? ME! Especially for Fuschia Shock, Vintage Violet and Antiqued Gold! I'm really looking forward to seeing them in person! The picture below is clickable if you want to see the colors in better detail!

Also hitting stores in May from Sally Hansen is the Tracey Reese for Sally Hansen Spring 2011 Collection. I actually thought I somehow missed this one. I remember seeing information about it at the beginning of the year then searching and searching for it and coming up empty. I'm happy to see that I didn't miss it! Below is the Press Release for it and bottle pictures! I'm really looking forward to seeing the Wicked Bamboo Salon Effects Strips. I'm a huge fan of Salon Effects so I love that they are giving us a new design!

For Spring 2011, Tracy Reese redefines favorite silhouettes and offers women simple yet sexy looks for effortlessly chic dressing. Reese took inspiration from the classic spirit of travel, evoking the pleasure of immersion in a new environment with a mellow 70’s influence. Distinctive details bring to life classic styles in a palette of white alabaster and nude with shades of blue and pops of orange for an exotic touch. Safari-inspired looks like lace-up bodice shifts and hot shorts in perforated faux-leather are contrasted against tribal details like wood and iridescent beads.

To complement the collection, Tracy Reese collaborated with Sally Hansen for the tenth consecutive season to create sexy, modern nail color shades, evoking the exoticism of the spring collection.

Coral Fever
First Kiss
Summer Plum
Eel Skin

The seven shades in the limited-edition collection are made with Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure, an all-in-one formula that combines all the 5 steps of a professional salon manicure - a base coat, strengthener, growth treatment, rich color and top coat in a single multi-tasking polish.

On the runway Tracy debuts Wicked Bamboo, an exclusive nail design she created using Sally Hansen’s most advanced nail color technology, Salon Effects Real Nail Polish Strips.  It’s real nail color with ten day wear and no drying time.

  1. Yup those have me excited :)

  2. Maybe the sally hansen crackles will cost less than the others? I've been dying to have a crackle but I can't bring myself to spend more than a couple of dollars on a bottle of polish!

  3. I'm excited because Sally is much more affordable than OPI. Plus I don't really want 14 mL of crackle anyway. It's just too trendy. 9 or 11 mL will do it for me!

  4. Definitely excited for the gold and foil crackles. Hopefully they have a sheen to them!

  5. Soooo excited for the crackles!! I want the pink, purple, silver, red and white ones! The lilac, aqua, coral, plum and pink ones from the Tracy Reese line look interesting too!!

  6. Ohhh, I can't wait! Thanks for the post (:

  7. Wow thanks for posting this! I can't wait for the crackle!

  8. I'm lovin' on the Sally Hansen complete salon manicures!!!!!! I see some very gorgeous colors! ..weird how that's a promo pic yet the stickers on the bottles are outta whack. c'mon SH, it's about the details!

  9. Do you know when the crackle collection will be bitting the stores?

  10. Excited for the Sally crackles ! :)

  11. I've got to get them all!

  12. They are already out in Walgreens and the gold one doesn't live up to its name =/
I bought a couple of Sally Hansen's and I am not much of a fan. China Glaze Black Mesh is the best black crackle.
    Try MIA too.

  13. Bought the pink Crackle today, for my daughter. Had to do my nails as well, love it! Used silver underneath and it worked perfectly, which was a surprise. Definitely need to finish with a clear topcoat for shine. Walgreens, $6.99.

  14. Crackle was on sale at CVS today for only $4.99! Got the black, fuchsia, and cherry. You paint on whatever color you want for the bottom coat and then apply the crackle. The possibilities are endless!
