First up is Smash Hit, a black crack polish. I have this over a splatter mani you guys will see later this week! I really love this combo, it makes me think of when I was little and we would make drawings where you color the page in a ton of colors then go over it with black crayon. Then you would scrape off the black in whatever design you want. Hopefully someone knows what I mean by that, I use to love doing those when I was a kid!
Broken Tokens is a silver crack polish. This one is also over a splatter mani you will be seeing later this week!
Macro...I don't feel like the other photos do this one justice :)
Clean Break is a white crack polish. I have it over SpaRitual Chill and a pink LA Colors Nail Art polish I got at the Dollar Tree, I don't think it has a name. It was pretty much a boredom manicure the other night when I couldn't sleep lol. I decided to try the crack over it just to see how it looked and I liked the result! Kinda weird how it cracked along the top of the pink line, I wonder if that's maybe because the pink was a little raised up.
So far the only e-tailer I've seen these on is Victorias Nail Supply where you can buy these 3 polishes from the collection for $3.50 each. It doesn't look like they have the other 3 available yet. I'm guessing the collection will be available soon on the rest of the e-tailers as well as in stores like Bed, Bath & Beyond (or wherever you usually purchase Color Club from)

where have i been, your nails have gotten soooooo long, lol.
ReplyDeletethese are all beautiful! i really love the white & pink mani.
The one with black does look like "Black Magic" that we used to make with crayons! I like the pink, purple & white striped mani too!
ReplyDeleteI like the purple pink mani along with the way it split too. It gives the nails an extra dimension I think.
ReplyDeleteVery cool. I am definitely going to have to hunt down this set.
ReplyDeletei totally remember the crayon thing! that was a lot of fun, haha. and i agree, that combo does look like it!
ReplyDeleteI love how these look over cool base manis. The splatter looks really neat under it!
ReplyDeleteI love that last design, I may have to try it out!
ReplyDeleteI know the crayon scratch things you're talking about, and your nails totally look like that with the black! Nice job!
ReplyDeleteI love that first one, we used that crayon trick for making fireworks drawings with the year ending!
ReplyDeletewow! very beautiful
ReplyDeleteGirl, this post just made me think of your mom and when she thanked you for bringing the crack home. :) I love the underlying manis you chose for each crack shade.
ReplyDeleteOMG That first mani is BEAUTIFUL!!!! I used to love doing that with the black crayon so much that I'd come home from school and do it in my free time. :p Can't wait to see the mani underneath the shatter!
ReplyDeleteI heart how it DID form that cracked line along the border of the pink. That added a lot to the over all look - much more art nail like vs. just color and crackle. And you know me, I am so over all the crackle/shatter thing for myself. I keep wondering when it will reach the saturation point in the market? Maybe never like glitters - it might be here to stay.
ReplyDeleteWaoooooooo it's geniallllllllll!!
ReplyDeleteThis first manicure is HOTTT!!!
ReplyDeleteYou are totally keeping the crackle craze alive and well in my heart. I love these!

ReplyDeleteWow, this is one of my favorite manicures I've ever seen! And yes... nothing better than making crayon messes... :D
