OPI Be A Dahlia Won't You? vs. Sephora by OPI Miss Bossy Pants

Good Morning! Anyone else in the states excited that Big Brother is back tonight other than me? That show is such a guilty pleasure of mine, I'm so glad it's finally back on!! Tomorrow is the last day to enter my Planet Beauty Giveaway if you haven't already entered go do it now!

Today I have for you guys a comparison, this was requested by Heather on Twitter! If you guys want to see a comparison of polishes I'm always happy to do them as long as I have both the polishes. Feel free to request them by emailing me or tweeting at me, commenting, facebooking whatever is easiest for you! Heather wanted to see Sephora by OPI Miss Bossy Pants compared to OPI Be A Dahlia Won't You? Both are really gorgeous shimmery pinks but that's about where the similarity ends. Dahlia is much more of a glass fleck shimmery finish where Miss Bossy Pants is just regular shimmer. Miss Bossy Pants was also a bit more purple, which was more noticeable inside and in the shade. Out in the sun the base colors were a lot closer!

I used 2 coats of Miss Bossy Pants and 3 coats of Be A Dahlia Won't You? in the photos below.

sorry for the strangely colored text in the photo below, I didn't notice it till I had already saved the picture and was too lazy to re-do it :)

  2. The OPI is definitely nicer but both colors are pretty...I just have a weakness for those sparkly glass flecks!

  5. I like them both too being Ms. Fuchsia lover that I am. But my right now weakness for glad flecks leans me toward the new OPI Be A Dahlia Won't You? I ordered my eons ago it seems and it's still not here...maybe today's mail will bring it. I weakened and bought the entire summer OPI Stems collecton when I saw on a blog swatch the light pink/white cream with an overlay of the pink gelly glitter. It was beautiful that way. I never seem to get into a Sephora before the colors I would want are all picked over. Too many times the Sephora sales reps won't give me the code to order it off the new sans shipping charges like they are supposed to when they are out of stock in store but it's avaiable on the web. I am still glued to OPI Flashbulb Fushia as my fav summer toe ahade this year.
