CND Pink Wishes Swatches!

Good morning! Hope you all had a good night, did you guys hear that The Playboy Club got canceled? I kinda liked that show, it always upsets me when networks are so quick to cancel shows. They don't even give some of them a chance then we all get left hanging wondering what happens. If ABC cancels Revenge like that I'm gonna be pissed haha! I'm still mad about that Persons Unknown show? Did any of you watch that? It was on a year ago (maybe two years), they left such a cliffhanger then just cancelled the show so I never get to know why these people were kidnapped and stuck in this weird town. :(

Anyway, today's post is the really pretty Pink Wishes set CND has put out in October for Breast Cancer Awareness. I'm kind of obsessed with CND Effects so I wanted this duo just for that, I was so excited when a store near me got them in! Sometimes these CND sets are hit and miss in actual stores,the Jason Wu set never showed up around here but this one did.

The colour half of this set is called Pink Wishes, it's a very light pink. Normally pink shades this light scare me because they are a nightmare to apply. That was so not the case here, this baby went on like a dream. CND knows how to make a fantastic creme polish and this is no exception. I used 2 coats of Pink Wishes for the photos below.

Pink Wishes Pearl is the effect that comes in the duo, it is a gorgeous pink/purple shimmer. Did I mention I LOVE CND effects, this is so pretty! It's pretty subtle looking over Pink Wishes but when the light catches the shimmer at the right angle it's gorgeous! If you work somewhere that won't let you wear crazy colors you might be able to get away with this...it's subtle enough that people might not notice it!

Now of course, I couldn't leave Pink Wishes Pearl alone. It was so subtle over Pink Wishes that I *had* to see it over a dark color. I put it over black and WOW. I'll let the pictures below do the talking.
