Butter London The Black Knight

Good morning! So did anyone else brave Black Friday yet? I sure as heck did, I went to Ulta and Target at midnight! Ulta was a breeze but jeez, Target was a nightmare. I walked around the store like 7 or 8 times looking for what I wanted and finally found it in the frozen food aisle (wtf!). Then I stood in line with all my stuff for like 45 minutes to pay. Thank god I decided to buy all the stuff I wanted from Best Buy online to avoid that craziness. I'm not done though, on my list today is Bath & Body Works...I'm hoping that won't be so bad.

Today I have Butter London The Black Knight to show you guys! Butter London is having a nice 30% sale right now until November 30th, the flyer thing for it is at the bottom of the post. The Black Knight is a glitter packed black. The glitter is dominantly pink and blue....it is so gorgeous! I love that the glitter is different sizes and really stands out in the black base. I really don't think I have anything like this thankfully! Formula wise, it was sheer and streaky....and a bit patchy. I needed 3 thick coats to even it out and get it opaque, I do think it was worth the trouble! It also dried a bit dull, I needed a couple coats of top coat to get it smooth and shiny!

The Black Night is available now, I picked mine at up Ulta....it was in a cute set with a pink glittery polish. You can also buy it on it's own on ButterLondon.com, don't forget to use the code above to save 30% through 11/30/11

  3. Gorgeous!! I'm glad to hear that you found yours at Ulta, I haven't seen it yet at mine but it gives me hope that I will! Or maybe I'll just order from the 30% sale. There's something so exciting though about buying polish in person though =)

  17. Very pretty! You should totally compare this to your Space Debris franken. I think you were on to something there!

  18. i bought this recently, but I'm returning the product. Like you said, multiple top coats had to be applied. The polish was thick and I believe will dry out quickly. This was my first butter london purchase, it was such a disappointment.
