Today I have another beauty from the Butter London Spring/Summer 2012 Collection to show you guys. Trout Pout is a really gorgeous salmon pink! Off the top of my head I can't think for a dupe I own for this, I guess I don't have many pink's that are this tone! Trout Pout is my first ever Butter London creme polish and man, I am impressed! The formula on this was so nice, like the perfect consistency in my opinion! For the photos below I used 2 coats of polish, this was almost a 1 coater for me...if I had done a tiny bit of a thicker coat it would have been good with 1 coat!
Butter London's Spring/Summer Collection is available now, each polish retails for $14. You can pick it up on ButterLondon.com and various other retailers like Ulta and Nordstroms!

Love love love!! ♥
ReplyDeleteThis looks GORGEOUS!! I've been busting to get this color but Butter London is so hard to get in Australia. I think I might have to spend a bit of money to get it but after looking at your nails I think it will b worth it!! hope your feeling much better!
ReplyDeleteThis is beautiful! I can't think of any dupes either.
ReplyDeleteNice! XoXo
ReplyDeleteSuch a gorgeous color!!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! Very 80's/early 90's. :) My neighbor painted her bedroom this and turquoise in middle school. I was soooo jealous!
ReplyDeleteI was not attracted to this shade before as I ordered only Disco Biscuit & Knackered from this collection. Now having seen your swatches, I want to get this as well ;)
ReplyDeleteI love this polish! I'm buying it this week! :)
ReplyDeleteWhat a pretty pink color!!! It reminds me of the "salmon pink" crayon from Crayola that I used to use as a kid :)
ReplyDeleteWow, I really like that color! Looks great.

this is such a pretty color! I love your nails! <3
ReplyDeleteI'm such a fan of Butter London's. Great color!
ReplyDeleteAmazing colour!
ReplyDeleteLove it! Great color for you, but then I haven't seen a color that isn't good on you yet!!! :D
ReplyDeletedid you get slapper yet? i LOVE that one and the formula is great too.
ReplyDeleteThis is so gorgeous! I thought I only needed Disco Biscuit from this collection until I saw this photo.
ReplyDeleteI like this a lot. Why am I (in London) finding this hard to track down though? Is it actually made in the USA?
ReplyDeleteAw, it's so pretty!!! :)
ReplyDeleteI don't have Slapper, I can't decide if I need it...it seems so similar to other polishes I have!
ReplyDeletethank you! <3
ReplyDeleteThank you! :)
ReplyDeleteYep, they are based out of Seattle Washington! It's kind of ironic that you are in London and can't find the brand very easily!
ReplyDeleteThis is a gorgeous colour and I am not one who really cares for pinks!

ReplyDeleteIt's so amazing you captured this color relatively truly. I've tried photographing it and it either pulls to melon-y or too pink. It's absolutely my favorite color from the spring collection with slapper being a close second. AMAZ-ZING!
ReplyDeleteTheir shipping is really fast though and on the Butter London facebook sometimes they have some offers. Recently for London fashion week they had a deal for US customers but they said they'll be having an offer for those who live in UK soon! They also said that they are available at Harvey Nichols locations.
ReplyDeletegrrrl i la la love this!
ReplyDeleteIs there a dupe that exists out there? This is pretty much the beautiful pink I have been searching for... Except I can't shell out $17 for a bottle :(
ReplyDeleteButter London is $14 a bottle here, I mentioned in the post that I don't have a dupe for this polish. Not sure if one exists...sorry!
ReplyDeletei've sought this brand in london, but nowhere got it

ReplyDeletePlease tell me there is a dupe! Have you tried Mac Play day or essie's cute as a button or china glaze's outrageous? Are any of these even close...?
ReplyDeleteI haven't found a dupe for it unfortunately! I actually don't own any of the polishes you mentioned so I'm not sure how they compare :(
ReplyDeleteI wondered the same thing, so I just compared Essie's 'Cute as a Button' with BL's 'Trout Pout' at ULTA and 'Cute as a Button' is definitely slightly darker (and I think I prefer 'Cute as a Button'). 'Trout Pout' also looked quite a bit lighter in person that I was expecting.
ReplyDeleteSephora by OPI has a good dupe, called I'm Wired.
