Butter London British Racing Green

Hi guys! Happy Friday! Today I have a pretty Butter London polish to show you called British Racing Green. It's a beautiful dark green with a pretty hidden shimmer.  The shimmer is pretty much only visible in direct sunlight, but that doesn't bother me! I actually almost got my Mini in a shade very close to this (the name of the Mini color is even British Racing Green!)! The formula was really nice on this polish, I used 2 coats for the photos below. I did however have a little bit of staining so it's one you will probably want to use a couple coats of base coat with.

Butter London retails for $14 and is available a ton of places including ButterLondon.com and Ulta (plus a ton of other stores that I can't remember at the moment!)

  10. Oh no, staining! Ugh, what do you do when colors you love stain your nails? I mean, how do you go about getting rid of the stains?

  11. I usually use Orly Cutique to get it off...if that doesn't remove it I don't worry too much. Since I'm always wearing polish no one but me sees it anyway lol

  12. This is such a coveted shade by many. It's a wonderful green without looking spring/summer or holiday green at all. I wish that I could see more of the shimmer in indoor light however.

  19. I love this color! It was my very first butter LONDON. British Racing Green is actually a specific color. It was/is the color used by the British in international races. Kinda like Tiffany blue...

  20. I have and love this color, but I find that the Butter London polishes chip/peel very easily after only a few days. I don't have this problem with other polishes. Have you experienced this, and do you think it could be the topcoat (also Butter London)?
