Hi guys! Sorry for the lack of post yesterday, I had no internet all day on Tuesday so I couldn't upload pictures or write a post :( It was like living in the stone age, I don't know how I ever survived without internet...how sad.
Today I have some new polishes form Dollish Polish to share with you guys! Dolly just recently released a bunch of beautiful new polishes, you'll see a few more of them soon since I couldn't resist and bought a few as soon as Dolly put them up for sale! These 4 polishes today are part of The Big Bang Theory Collection, I really like the names of these and the glitter combos are great!
Check out more swatches & reviews of each shade by clicking the read more button below!
Bazinga is red, white, black and neon yellow glitter in a slightly yellow tinted base. There are all kinds of shapes and sizes of glitter in this, I bet you all will never guess which is my favorite. The formula was good, it was easy to get a lot of glitter onto the brush and the nail. I do wish the big circles had been a little easier to get out of the bottle but I don't mind fishing for them. I used 1 coat of Bazinga over OPI My Boyfriend Scales Walls. Both photos are in the shade.
Coitus is a mix of small and medium pink, periwinkle, turquoise, gold and white gold hex glitter with very tiny silver microglitter in a clear base. Overall this has a beautiful pastel look to it, I really love it over black also but my favorite way to layer this so far is over light but bright shades. The formula was really nice, the glitter payoff was great and it was easy to apply. I used 1 coat over piCture pOlish Wisteria for the photos below.

I'm Not Crazy, My Mother Had Me Tested is a multicolored glitter explosion. I can't even tell you all the colors in there, I think there is seriously a little bit of everything in this polish. The formula was good but I found the base to be a little thick, I kept having issues with it gooping up on spots on my nails then not drying...then when I would go over it with top coat it would want to drag off the nail. You can see what I mean on my index nail. I think that can probably be fixed with a little thinner, once I don't have a bajillion untrieds I'm going to give that a go. I used 1 coat over piCture pOlish Mellow Yellow for the photos below.

Penny....Penny...Penny... is a milky copperish base with copper glitter and copper shimmer. There are also some iridescent glitters in here but they don't translate into photos are were hard to see in person. I love this, it's my favorite of the collection. I'm a big sucker for copper and this polish has it all kinds of different ways! The formula was really nice, it was more opaque than I thought it would be. I used 2 coats for the photos below. Both photos are in natural sunlight.

It is strange to discover, but without electricity we are in many ways back in the stone ages. You can't even buy an apple in the store. The scenarios gets ugly after a surprisingly short while. But nice swatches ! : D I am not really feeling these, but I am sure others will love them! Great post as always!
ReplyDeleteI was just wondering have you done a post on the new essie polishes?
ReplyDeletePenny Penny Penny is almost an exact dupe for Pahlish Twelve Drummers Drumming!
ReplyDeleteBazinga is the best! :)
ReplyDeleteLove the names and the idea of a BBT polish collection but I agree with lovenailpolish that these nothing in here really exciting me. Lovely pics and review though :)
ReplyDeletePenny Penny Penny reminds me of "My Friend Carole" by Pam
ReplyDeleteBazinga! just screams Big Bang Theory! I want that one. Love the names for the other polishes :)
ReplyDeletePenny...Penny...Penny is beautiful, but I don't feel like I can support this brand anymore. I order polishes from the Nightmare Before Christmas collection, and was sent the wrong polish. When I contacted her about the mistake, I was asked to send the polish back and was never refunded for the return shipping. Not only did I have to wait an extra period of time to get the correct polish, but I had to go through the inconvenience of packaging up polish and taking it to the post office and ship it back at my own expense. I'm very unimpressed with her customer service.
ReplyDeleteI'm in love with Coiter! I love copper glitter, but I don't like glitters in milky bases like Penny Penny Penny has :(
ReplyDeleteSorry you had that experience, I've never had any kind of customer service issues when I've bought from Dollish Polish so I can't relate in this case but I know how frustrating those issues can be.
ReplyDeleteMaybe I'm the one who got your polish. I had the EXACT same thing happen with the Nightmare Before Christmas collection.
ReplyDeletePenny....Penny...Penny...is super cute
ReplyDeleteI love the show. I must have Coitus and Penny....Penny....Penny.
ReplyDeleteReally cute! I love bazinga - she captured the colors perfectly. Too bad they are all sold out.
ReplyDeleteHahaha! I love the names and theme! That show is so great, love it sooo much!!
ReplyDeleteThese are cute polishes.
ReplyDeleteIn love with the bazinga one!:)
ReplyDeleteShould have been called the Dr. Sheldon Cooper collection instead of Big Bang, all of the polish names are referring to him. Love it nonetheless!
