Ozotic 700 Series Swatches!

Hi guys, happy weekend! Anyone doing anything fun? I am doing NOTHING, call me weird but I am so excited! I've either not been home doing things with friends or I've been busy doing things in LA for the last few weekends so it will be nice to literally not put on real clothes until Monday when I have to go to work haha. I feel like I haven't had time to sit down and swatch for a long time...I have so much piling up that I'm looking forward to tackling the swatch pile!

Today I have 6 of the 8 polishes from the 700 Series by Ozotic to share with you! Ozotic and their polishes like this have a little soft spot in my heart. The first crazy awesome multichromes I ever tried were from Ozotic (back from when you had to find an Aussie friend to swap with to get them). The 700 series aren't cray cray awesome multichome like those but they are very beautiful duochromes which I always like!

All the swatches in this post are 1 coat of the Ozotic 700 Series polish over Ozotic Mr Big in Black. These are meant to be layered over black or another dark shade (I like them over Navy and Dark Purple also!). Polishes like this tend to be a bit sheer so layering them over something dark helps the opacity and it also makes the color shift pop.

730 shifts from red to orange to a golden orange. It's one of the stronger duochromes, I really like it!

737 shifts from red to orange to a golden orange. The shift is a lot like the shift in 730 but it's very different at the same time since it's more subdued due to the different formula/shimmer.

743 shifts from blue to turquoise. The shift is pretty subtle with this shade, I couldn't actually see it on the nail but I could see it in the bottle a little bit.

744 shifts from a soft lilac/blue to a soft golden shade. This shift isn't super strong but I could see it, especially in lower light like in the shade and inside my house.

745 shifts from golden to green. This is so not what I was expecting from looking at the bottle! The bottle is an orangey/pink base with a golden shimmer then you put it over black and it's like BAM I'M GOLD. The shift in this is reminiscent of Chanel Peridot but it's not as in your face.

752 shifts from a silver lilac to green. This is another favorite from not only this series but from Ozotic in general. The shift is beautiful and strong! Please excuse the smudgy looking pinky nail...I didn't notice it until I was editing my photos :( I blame Biggens, I'm pretty sure he was chasing me around the back yard for peanuts when I was swatching these, I probably bumped that nail while trying to throw him one haha

  6. You know, I have 745 and wear it quite a bit on it's own (since it's a very pretty shell pink/warm gold duo that way) but I've never worn it over black 0.o - gonna wear it today! Thanks for the awesome swatches :)

  7. My 744 seems to be more pastel than that and have a pure blue shine from certain angles.
