piCture pOlish New Collaboration Shades: Frosting, Sea Jewel & Whimsy

Hi guys! Sorry for the lack of a post yesterday, this was supposed to be posted but apparently blogger's scheduling thing decided not to work. I would have posted when I noticed in the morning but I was at a doctor appointment and didn't realize it hadn't posted until the afternoon :(

Today I have the 3 newest collaboration shades from piCture pOlish to share with you guys! I always love when piCture pOlish releases more of their collaborations, it's so fun seeing what other bloggers come up with plus I always like to support our little nail community! These three shades are done with 3 blogs I've read for a long time which makes it even more exciting! Check out the swatches & reviews after the jump!

Frosting is a collaboration with 'Chelle from Cosmetic Cupcake. It's a milky light pink base with silver, pink and purple glitter along with heart glitter (a first for piCture pOlish I believe). I don't think there could have been a more perfect polish to go along with a blog named Cosmetic Cupcake haha! If you want to read 'Chelle's inspiration behind the polish check out her blog post here! The formula was good, it was a little thick but easy to apply. The hearts were easy to get onto the brush but a little difficult to get to stay on the nail so you might need to place them a little bit. I used 3 coats for full opacity.

Sea Jewel is a collaboration with Anutka from Wacky Laki. It's a beautiful green leaning teal jelly base packed with silver glitter. This is SO pretty, it's a bit more on the green side than my photos are showing...you all know how I feel about green nail polish! To read Anutka's inspiration behind Sea Glass check out her blog post here.  The formula on this was really nice, I was expecting it to be a bit sheer but the opacity was great. I used 2 coats for full opacity.

Whimsy is a collaboration with Lindsey from Neverland Nail Blog. It's a light blue with a very strong golden flake like shimmer. I was really excited for this shade, I love a good shimmer and Lindsey's pictures of this were so beautiful! Somehow this was even better in person than I thought it was going to be, the shimmer is very obvious which was an unexpected and nice surprise! If you want to read Lindsey's inspiration behind Whimsy check out her blog post here. The formula was good, it was more opaque than I expected. I used 3 coats for full opacity but you could probably get away with 2 if you have shorter nails than I do.
