Dance Legend Exotic Fruit Litchi & Kivano

Hi guys, hope you all had a good weekend. My weekend was pretty crappy, unfortunately. On Saturday night I noticed Degen's foot was bleeding and thought he cut it so I took him to the vet on Sunday afternoon since it looked like something might have been stuck in the cut . Turns out his cut is actually a cyst and he has to be put under and have it removed with a laser and then sent off to be tested to see if it cancerous...awesome. So yeah...my weekend was no bueno. Now I have to magically find about $1000 and deal with the stress of the whole surgery ordeal. The only good thing is that it doesn't seem to be painful for Degen, he isn't limping and he doesn't freak out when I clean it and put on the antibiotics. I can't deal with Degen being sick, I don't know how those of you with kids do it...I'd make myself sick with with worrying.

Anyway, today I have the last 2 polishes from the Exotic Fruit Collection from Dance Legend to share with you. I posted the other 4 a little while back (check out that post here), for some reason I set these aside and didn't swatch them with the other 4...I didn't figure it out until after I had already posted the others haha!

952 Litchi is a coral-y pink jelly back with various sizes/shapes of black glitter. This was much bright on the nail and in person than it looks in photos. The formula was good, it was a little on the thick side but very easy to apply. The opacity was great, I used 2 coats for the photos below. Both photos are in natural sunlight.

955 Kivano is a bright neon green jelly with various sizes/shapes of black glitter. This one is pretty blindingly green which is always a positive thing in my book...add black glitter and you really can't go wrong! The formula was good, it was easy to apply and the opacity was great. I used 2 coats for the photos below, both photos are in natural sunlight.

Dance Legend is available at http://www.dance-legend.com/en/, it looks like their official website is closed until September but you can still find their polishes at several etailers like Llarowe and Ninja Polish in the meantime. For a full list of Dance Legend etailers all over the world check out the Dance Legend website I linked above.

OMG... that green is amazing! I love the glitter in it and the fact that it was so bright and opaque without a white base!! AMAZING!!! Sorry to hear about your puppy but glad that things appear to be on the mend! xx

  5. Very pretty polishes. Can't wait for my nails to grow back....grrr. Sending healing vibes and belly rubs to Degen. It sucks for sure, but I'm glad you found it now rather than later. You're a good doggy mama to take such fab care of him.

  8. Poor Degen! Yesterday my two kittens got fixed, and I was just a worried mess! I feel so bad when they're sick or hurt! I thought the exact same thing- if I ever have kids I don't know how I would handle them being injured! Hope everything works out with Degen, and thanks for the amazing swatches!

  10. Have you heard of Care Credit? Basically it's a credit line that you apply for and if your approved (assuming your vet takes it of course) they pay your vet in full and you pay them back over time.

If your vet takes it they should be able to help you apply right there (you know instantly if you are approved or not so you can get your pet taken care of right away)
