GlitterDaze Browny Bear & Rainbow Bridge

Hi guys! Today I have 2 special polishes from GlitterDaze to share with you. Sana, the creator of GlitterDaze, made both of these in honor of her dog Browny who passed away unexpectedly from liver cancer a few months ago. All of the proceeds from the sales of both  polishes are donated to the National Canine Cancer Foundation. Sana posted a beautiful blog about Browny and the inspiration behind these polishes here. There are also some really great facts in Sana's post about canine cancer.

When Sana emailed me asking if I would like to review these I jumped at the chance to show them to you guys, not only are these beautiful but the cause they are supporting is one close to my heart. I think you all know what a dog lover I am, lets face it...I like Degen more than I like 99.99% of people lol! I've never had a pet affected by cancer but I have had family members who have and its something that  hits close to home for me. Canine Cancer Research is something I donate to on my own every year, I even take Degen to a Pet Cancer Awareness Walk put on by VPI pet insurance every year.

Browny Bear is brown and white glitter with golden accents, pink hearts and pink microglitter in a clear base. Pink and brown is one of my favorite color combs and I love this. The hearts were easy to get out and onto the nail. The formula was not thick but very glitter dense, I used 1 coat over Inglot 385 for the photos below.

Rainbow Bridge is a multicolored glitter top coat with various sizes and shapes of red, orange, gold, chartreuse, green, blue and purple glitter. It also has silver and gold holographic star glitter throughout. The formula was good, it wasn't thick but it was very glitter dense. You could easily work this up to full opacity on its own if you wanted to wear it that way. I used 1 coat over OPI My Boyfriend Scales Walls for the photos below.

Browny Bear and Rainbow Bridge are available at glitterdazenp.com, each polish is $11 and all proceeds will be donated to The National Canine Cancer Foundation.

As a little bonus here are a couple photos of Degen at the VPI Pet Cancer Awareness Walk in Long Beach, CA from a couple years back. If you live near Long Beach, CA or Denver, CO and have a dog (or just want to  support the cause) you should check these walks out, the Colorado walk already happened for 2013 but the Long Beach walk is taking place in November (Degen and I will be there!). It's a fun day supporting a great cause...what's not to love? You can find info about them on VPI's website here

Here is Degen and his friend Heidi, they looked so cute in their bandanas!

Degen also got a belly rub from Heidi's mom, Stacy (I think this was his favorite part of the day)
