Hi guys, hope you all had a great weekend! Today I have a Breast Cancer Awareness trio from Morgan Taylor to share with you. 5% of the proceeds from sales of the BCA trio will be going to the Susan G. Komen Foundation to support Breast Cancer Research, and the trio will be available in September. The trio features 3 pretty pink polishes, a creme, a shimmer and a really pretty glittery duochrome. Check out all the swatches after the jump!
All Dolled Up is a hot pink with a blue flash of shimmer. I love how bright this is, I can never say no to a nice bright shade with a pretty shimmer! The formula was really nice, it was a good consistency and the opacity was good. I used 2 coats for the photos below, both photos are in natural sunlight.
Make Me Blush is a light pink creme. This shade is actually one I already owned, I bought it back at ISSE in January! The formula is good for such a light pink, a bit streaky on the first coat but perfect with the second coat. The first 2 photos below are in natural sunlight and the 3rd is in the shade.
Who's That Girl? is a purple toned pick glitter that shifts from pink to gold. I love a good duochrome and this one is great! The formula was on the thick side but it was easy to apply and the opacity was great. I used 2 coats for the photos below. The first photo is in natural sunlight, the other 2 are in the shade.

The BCA trio from Morgan Taylor will be available in September. If you have a cosmetology license you can find these at Cosmoprof stores. If you are like me and want to shop there but can't then you can get these online, I usually buy Morgan Taylor on Amazon!
The first two are pretty, but Who's That Girl? wins hands down for the most stunning in the trio! :D
ReplyDeleteGreat swatches!! I love all dolled up!! :)
ReplyDeleteWho's That Girl is amazing!
ReplyDeletePretty colors :)
ReplyDeleteI'll be stalking Cosmoprof for these! I have quite a few Morgan Taylors, and they're excellent quality! I only have one that gives me a problem - but it's a pastel, and most pastels have application issues (It's nothing a good layer of topcot won't smooth out). The fact that 5% is being donated to Suzan G Komen just makes them that much more desirable.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful swatches, as always. I swear, I think I'd be lost without your blog! I can't imagine trying to order polish online without being able to check the swatches at the Polishaholic first. You have become my polish lifeline. So, a big, big THANK YOU to you! :)
So pretty! I love how dynamic the glitter is =)

ReplyDeleteMake Me Blush is my favorite one. I'm currently going through a pastel pink phase and I absolutely love it. Hopefully my friend can find it for me at her salon since I've never seen this brand anywhere else.
