Cult Nails Fall 2013 All Access Collecton Swatches & Review

Happy Friday! Today I have the new Fall 2013 Collection from Cult Nails called the All Access Collection to share with you! This collection was inspired by grunge music from the 90's, this is my kinda theme! The collection consists of 3 new creme shades and 2 new glitters. Right now the collection is available for preorder until tomorrow (Oct. 5th) so I wanted to get these swatches up for you in case you wanted to see the whole set and order for a sweet discount! Check out all the swatches after the jump!

Disillusion is hot pink shards of glitter in a black jelly base. The base is a little bit sheer but it easily builds up to be opaque. This is easy to wear layered or on its own. I prefer it layered but on it's own I love the depth that the glitter had with a thin coat of the black jelly over them. The formula was good, I did have some minor issues with the shards of glitter sticking up but it was very minor and didn't really bother me. I used 1 coat of Disillusion over Lamestain for the photos below. I have worn this on it's own and I only needed 2 coats to get it opaque that way.

Lighting: Shade

Feedback is golden and iridescent shards of glitter in a clear base. I love how versatile this is, it can be layered over pretty much anything and it's going to look good.  The formula was ok, it was on the thick side, I did thin it a bit before my second swatches and I felt like that really helped with it being easier to work with. I also had issues with the shards of glitter sticking up off the nail, it was more apparent with this one than it was with Disillusion, the sticking up didn't bother me but I know some people don't care for that so I thought I'd mention it. I used 1 coat of Feedback over Grunge and Wack Slacks for the photos below.

Lighting: Shade

Grunge is a greyed out mossy green creme. Yup, totally up my alley! Depending on the light this is a bit of a chameleon, sometimes leaning more grey than green. The formula was great, I really loved how creamy it was and applying it was a breeze. I used 2 coats for the photos below, both photos are in natural sunlight.

Lamestain is a vampy red. I actually thought this was brown when I got these in the mail, it was a nice surprise to see it was red when I started applying it. This did tend to look a bit black but in the right lighting you can tell it's red, especially around the edges of the nail. The formula was good, it was almost jelly like in the way it dried with a nice shine and looked a bit squishy but it was nice and opaque like a creme. I used 2 coats for the photos below, both photos are in natural sunlight.

Wack Slacks is a blue creme. There are some nice purple undertones to it and depending on the lighting it can lean more towards purple. I always like blues like that...heck who am I kidding I like all blue all the time, it's almost as bad as my love for all things green. The formula was fantastic, it was the perfect consistency and a breeze to apply. I used 2 coats for the photos below, both photos are in natural sunlight.

The All Access Collection is available for Presale now on the Cult Nails website, the presale is going on until October 5th and you can get the entire set for $48 (which basically means you are getting 1 for free!). After the presale the colors should be available individually for $12 a piece.
