GlitterDaze Fall 2013 Era of Elegance Collection Swatches

Hi guys! Hope you're all having a good weekend so far, anyone doing anything fun and exciting this weekend? I am doing absolutely nothing...YES! I love weekends where I don't do anything, I actually get to relax haha! I was thinking of taking Degen to the dog beach but we'll see how the weather ends up being before that happens.

Today I have the Era of Elegance Collection from GlitterDaze to share with you, this collection is a big one...18 polishes in total! There is everything from metallic holos to crelly glitters to glitter toppers in here. I love the range of colors also, there are some interesting combos in here and I'm always a fan of that!

Before we get into the swatches I also wanted to let you know that GlitterDaze is having an awesome promotion during November. When you make a purchase this month you are sent a secret code that gives you a percentage off any order in December! If you've had your eye on any GlitterDaze polishes I think that's a pretty good reason to place an order!

Check out all the swatches after the jump!

Charming is taupe-y grey base with a nice purple/gold shimmer. This is a nice neutral with a twist, it comes alive out in the sun  and the shimmer gives the polish nice depth in lower lighting. The formula was good, it was nice and opaque. I used 2 coats for the photos below.

Delicate is a milky off white crelly base with pink, gold and silver holographic glitter. There is also a really pretty copper shimmer! The formula was good, it was a bit sheer at first but it built up to full opacity easily. I used 3 coats for the photos below.

Delightful is a grey crelly with light yellow and blue glitter along with gold and blue shimmer. This is a really interesting combo, I don't think I have anything like it. The formula was good, it was a good consistency and the opacity was good. I used 2 coats for the photos below.

Lighting: Shade

Ethereal is a light blue base with a strong golden shimmer. I really ended up loving this shade, I was a little scared of it in the bottle because it looked like it might be frosty but that wasn't the case on the nail. The formula was good and much more opaque than I expected. I used 2 coats for the photos below.

Lighting: Shade

Exquisite is a glitter topper full of holographic silver and pink glitter in various sizes and shapes. I love the big circle glitter in here and it was nice and easy to get out of the bottle! The formula was good, it wasn't thick but it was very glitter dense. I used 1 coat over Poised for the photos below.

Fancy is a glitter topper with holographic gold and lavender glitter along with periwinkle and light pink glitter in a clear base. This is a fun topper, I think it will look good over a ton of base colors. The formula was great, it was nice and glitter dense without being thick. I used 1 coat over Lovely for the photos below.

Flawless is a green crelly with pink, gold, copper and white glitter along with a gorgeous copper shimmer. This is one of those polishes you will either love or hate because it's a weird and interesting color combo...I love it! The formula was good, it was a little sheer at first but it builds easily to full opacity. I used 3 coats for the photos below.

Graceful is beige/nude crelly with periwinkle, light green, pink, copper and white glitter along with a heavy pink shimmer. This is another interesting color combo, I really like the shimmer in this one! The formula was good, a bit sheer at first but easy to build up to full opacity. I used 3 coats for the photos below.

Grand is a dark grey crelly with purple, fuchsia, silver and green glitter. I love the colors going on in this, the fuchsia and purple with the grey base are so pretty! The formula was good, a bit sheer at first but easily buildable. I used 3 coats for the photos below.

Lovely is a light pink toned purple metallic holo. Even though this is metallic the holo is nice and strong and shines through quite nicely. The formula was fantastic, it was a great consistency and super opaque. I used 2 coats for the photos below.

Loyal is a light green metallic holo.  This holo was also nice and strong in this one and you could see it easily even though the base is metallic. The formula was again, really great. I used 2 coats for the photos below.

Majestic is a navy crelly base loaded with gold shards, rose gold glitter, and silver shimmer. This has a ton of glitter in it, I love all the depth that gives to the polish. The formula was good, it was a touch thick because of how glitter dense it was but I had no issues with application. I used 3 coats for the photos below.

Modest a light metallic lilac holo. The holo in this was stronger in person that it looked in photos. The formula was really nice, I loved the consistency and the opacity was great. I used 2 coats for the photos below.

Opulent is a glitter topper with white, holographic silver, pink and lavender glitter. There is some flower shaped glitter in here but I couldn't get it out and onto the nail :(  The formula was good, it wasn't thick and the glitter payoff was great. I used 1 coat over Refined for the photos below.

Ornate is a glitter topper with neon pink, green and yellow glitter in a clear base. I really like the mix of colors in this one, especially the neon pink. The formula was good, it wasn't thick and the glitter payoff was good. I used 1 coat over Modest for the photos below.

Poised is a dusty purple with a strong coppery shimmer. This is a favorite for me, I have a weakness for any shade with copper shimmer...I can't help it. The shimmer was visible both in the sun and in lower lighting. The formula is good, a bit sheer but easy to build up. I used 3 coats for the photos below.

Pure is a metallic silvery nude holo. The holo was much more visible in person than in photos with this one. The formula was great, it was a good consistency and nice and opaque. I used 2 coats for the photos below.

Refined is a dark charcoal base with a strong purple/pink shimmer. This is a matte polish and I love it! I'm always excited to see a matte polish from an indie brand! The formula was good, it was nice and opaque. I used 2 coats for the photos below.
