I Love Nail Polish New Shade Swatches

Hi Guys! Today I have a bunch of new I Love Nail Polish shades to share with you1 In addition to the polishes in this post there are also 4 holographic multichromes being released that I'll be posting on Friday! All of these were available a few weeks back during a presale but they are being released regularly on Friday so I wanted to get swatches up for ya! I Love Nail Polish has really outdone themselves with these, there are beautiful holos, duochromes and shimmers in here and I'm seriously in love with them!

To see all the swatches and reviews click the read more button below.

A.C. Slater is a dark grey linear holo. This polish is an old favorite, it came out earlier this year and I'm really happy to see Barbra bring it back since I know a lot of people missed out on it before. The formula was good, a bit patchy on the first coat but the second coat evened everything out. This was much more holo in person!

Absolute Zero is a blackened blue with a subtle holo. This was actually a bonus shade for the presale of these polishes, I'm not sure if it will ever be available on it's own (but I hope it will!). I wasn't sure if I should post it because of that but I think it's so gorgeous that I had to share. The formula was fantastic, it was very nearly a 1 coater. I used 2 coats for the photos below.

Admire Me is a bright blue leaning teal with a strong linear holo. The holo is much stronger in person than it photographs. The formula was good, it was a nice consistency and very opaque. I used 2 coats for the photos below.

Bottle Service is a light silvery grey holo. The base color changes a bit depending on the light and angle, sometimes it almost looks like a champagne type of color. The holo is a bit on the subtle side but easy enough to see when the light hits the nail right. The formula was good, much more opaque than I expected. I used 2 coats for the photos below.

Contraband is a rich blackened purple shimmer. This is stunning, it's not so dark that it looks black and out the sun the shimmer pops and whoa! The formula was fantastic, it was crazy opaque and nearly a 1 coater for me. I used 2 coats for the photos below.

Exodus is a dark blackened blue with an intense blue green shimmer. This is a favorite for me, the shimmer is beautiful. Unfortunately my camera didn't want to capture the green in this (of course!). The formula was perfection, it was a great consistency and opaque in 1 coat. I used 1 coat for my photos.

Grape Alicious is a dark grape purple holo. This is another that Barbra has brought back and I'm not surprised at's one of my favorite ILNP shades. The holo is much stronger than it looks in photos and the base color is gorgeous. If you like purples you're going to need to pick this up! The formula was great, it was easy to apply and nice and opaque. I used 2 coats for the photos below.

Indie Go is a gorgeous blue with a bit of a purple shift and a linear holo. The holo was stronger in person for this one also. The formula was great, it was nice and opaque and easy to apply. I used 2 coats for the photos below.

Molly is a magenta/berry holo. The holo was nice and strong in this one and there also seems to be a bit of a berry shimmer that you can see out in the sun. The formula was great, it was nearly a 1 coater. I used 2 coats for the photos below.

PT 78 is a metallic grey with a subtle linear holo. Because of the metallic finish of this one the holo is a bit hidden but it does peek out in the right lighting. The formula was good, it was easy to apply and nice and opaque. I used 2 coats for the photos below.

Purgatory is a dark teal with blue/green shimmer. This is similar to Exodus but it leans a bit more towards green, it's more obvious when they are side by side. The formula was fantastic, it was the perfect consistency and opaque in 1 coat. I used 1 coat for the photos below.

Sweet Serenade is a blue/green duochrome with a blue shimmer. This was a bit more duochrome-y in person but I didn't think the shift was too dramatic. My favorite part of this polish is the blue shimmer that really comes out to play in the shade! The formula was good, it was a good consistency and the opacity was good. I used 2 coats for the photos below.

Washing Ashore is a bright teal duochrome. The shift in this one is nice and strong and it shifts between bright teal to a dark green, there is even a bit of purple at extreme angles. The formula was really nice, it was nice and opaque and easy to apply. I used 2 coats for the photos below.

The new shades from I Love Nail Polish will be available over at stating on Friday November 22nd, the price ranges from $10-$12.50 depending on the polish! If you've made it this far make sure you keep on scrolling for a little secret giveaway :)

    Great swatches (as always)!
I have bought some ILNPs during the pre-order and now, after your post, I wish I have bought Purgatory as well.
I hope Barbra will bring back some more of her beautiful holos! I dream of Fleet Week and A Touch of Mint.

  2. I haven't heard of this brand before but I'm loving the colors! A.C. Slater is my favorite and not just because he was my favorite character on Saved By The Bell. :)

  3. I ordered some of these in the presale and they got to me yesterday. I'd had birefringence on my list for a while but when I saw that they had a holo version I was sold. it is gorgeous. I do love finding new brands to love

  4. Must have Contraband!!

  5. I'm loving Contraband! I love how easy it is to shop buy ILNPs. No stress or drama!

  6. What happened to shades from the rest of the color wheel with this collection? Gads it's a lot of cool shades in the blue range.

  7. Ahh these are so gorgeous.
She really makes beautiful things and is such a sweetheart.

  8. I think I'l have to have Contraband, Grape Alicious and Purgatory! Fall fashions and polishes are my absolute favorite. Lovely swatches.

  9. I just had my nails done with Kiss Me At Midnight today, and it's so so gorgeous! Planning to get a bottle now, I think I'm in love. <3

  10. I tried Underneath the Mistletoe like you did, two coats and a topcoat and it still looked dull. With little to lose, I tried another coat and followed it with Seche Vite. Wow. Stunning. Better than what it looks like in the bottle - darker, clearer, more depth and just as much sparkle. This one's a three-coater for sure.

  11. Could you please compare My Favorite Ornament vs Essie Beyond Cozy?

  12. Nice! I only bought one color, I wish I'd bought more.

Dear Jen, thank you very much for these swatches. It was your photos that convinced me to buy Purgatory, and now that it has arrived, I am so happy with it! A wonderful color and a superb fofmula.

  14. they are pretty much identical on the nail but opi formula is better than Essie. my opi went on like butter but my Essie catches on all the glitter and is thick to work with.

  15. I am a November Lady and burgundy is my favorite color. OPI Visions Of Love is the perfect shade for the intensely romantic-type I have been since my teenage years. I am now middle aged and can't wait to take this polish to my nail tech...I took a couple of days off to celebrate my birthday as well. This shade will also go perfectly into the Thanksgiving Holiday (reminds me of cranberry sauce too!) ♥♥

  16. can you please do a blog post about h&m polishes
