Zoya Naturel Collection Swatches

Hi guys hope you all had a good weekend! Mine was good, I had a ton of fun last night chatting with everyone on Twitter during the #NailGlossip chat! If you missed out  on last nights chat we'll be doing another on January 26th!

Today I have the newest Zoya Collection to share with you, the collection is called Naturel and its 6 gorgeous neutral creme shades. I know that not everyone gets excited about cremes but I do, they are a nice great from all the glitters and these are gorgeous palette cleansers and great bases for glitters and whatnot. Also, in case you didn't already know Zoya has a promo going on that ends tonight for 3 free polishes, you can read all of the details about that on the Zoya blog here.  As always, if there are any comparisons you'd like to see for these please leave them in the comments. Check out all the swatches after the jump!

Brigitte is a pinky mauve creme. I feel like whenever I try a polish like this I always am like meh when its in the bottle then I put it on and remember how flattering and gorgeous shades like this are. The formula was good, it was nice and opaque, easy to apply etc.. I used 2 coats for the photos below.

Chantal is a yellow toned beige neutral creme. This is a little too yellow for my skin tone but it will look gorgeous on others! The formula was ok, I found it to be a bit patchy and streaky on the first coat. It was opaque in 2 coats but I needed 3 to even it out. I used 3 coats for the photos below.

Normani is a medium/dark taupe creme. This is a brownish purple leaning taupe. I always find shades like this super flattering and easy to wear. The formula was good, it was nice and opaque and easy to apply. I used 2 coats for the photos below.

Odette is a dusty purple creme. Another beautiful shade, its a good trendy color for 2014 since it's somewhat like the 2014 Pantene Color of the year, Radiant Orchid. The formula was good, it was a touch sheer on the first coat but opaque with the second. I used 2 coats for the photos below.

Rue is a pink toned neutral creme. This is more my speed in terms of neutrals go, I tend to lean more towards pink tones since they work better on my skin tone. The formula was ok, it was a bit patchy and streaky on the first coat. I used 3 coats to even it out.

Taylor is a yellow toned neutral creme. This isn't quite a yellow toned as Chantal so it works a bit better for my skin tone. The formula was good, it was a little streaky on the first coat but perfect with the second. I used 2 coats for the photos below.

Overall I really like this collection but I am a sucker for neutrals. The Naturel Collection is available now, each polish retails for $9.

  1. I tend to skip these colors, but Odette and Brigitte are absolutely gorgeous!
Such sophisticated shades, I should really wear these kinds of colors more, they always make me feel so ladylike, if that makes sense.

  6. I love these! They remind me of Dress Me Up and Foie Gras from the China Glaze Capitol Colors. The bottles made me go "meh" but for some reason I was compelled to buy them. Got home and swatched and fell in love. A few from this collection will be coming home with me! :)

  10. The special offer is not available in Canada. Of course. When and if my Zoya retailer stocks these, I'd love to get Odette and Normani. So beautiful.

  11. Thank you for the swatches! I have Brigitte coming, but also own a few shades that might be similar to some of these: ChG Dress Me Up, Sephora by OPI On Stage and Metro Chic, Essie Sand Tropez? (and I had the same reaction to Dress Me Up as Aundrea!)

  14. I got four from this collection (which haven't made it to my house yet. I did pass on Bridgette and Odette because I have Butter London Toff and I thought Bridgette was pretty darn close. I can't wait for you inevitable comparison post with these colors in it!

  17. Man, I wish I had seen this during their 3 free polish sale last week, although I did do a search on your reviews on the three polishes I got (Neeka, Payton and Elodie). I now have my wish list for their next sale (or when I can't wait any longer and buy it anyway haha)

  22. Darn. I was hoping Normani would be close to OPI's A Taupe the Space Needle :(
But since you said it leans purple I'm assuming that means it's probably not even anywhere near it.

I still love the color though.
