Hi guys! Today I have the first half of the Dance Legend Wow Prism Collection to share with you. This collection is pretty large so I decided to split my swatches in half! These are all gorgeous scattered holos that have a chunkier holo than other polishes we've seen from Dance Legend. These are very reminiscent of the scattered holos Zoya has done recently, like Dream and Payton. If you liked those Zoya polishes you'll love these, I know I do! Check out all the swatches after the jump!
Bullet For My Valentine is a dark oxblood red scattered holo. The formula was good, it was a nice consistency and the opacity was good. I used 2 coats for the photos below.
Danger Danger is a candy apple red holo. This one seems a bit more jelly like and saturated than the other polishes. The formula was good, it was a touch sheer and I could see my nail line with 2 coats but I didn't mind it so much, it probably wouldn't be an issue for you if your nails are shorter. I used 2 coats for the photos below.
High Hopes is a mauve-y pink holo. This one is so crazy sparkly that it's a little hard to see what the real base color is...I'm ok with that haha! The formula was good, it was a little sheer but it built up easily. I used 3 coats for the photos below.
Hysteria is a bright pink with purple undertones. The formula was good, it was nice and opaque the the consistency was good. I used 2 coats for the photos below.
Just Another Star is a dark purple. This is one of my favorites from this half of the collection! The formula was good, it was a good consistency and the opacity was good. I used 2 coats for the photos below.
Night Ranger is a bright blue. This one reminds me a lot of Zoya Dream, I don't *think* it's a dupe but I could be wrong...either way it's gorgeous! The formula was good, I used 2 coats for the photos below.
Party Time is a dark pink. This one is a bit like Danger Danger where it looks more jelly like for whatever reason. The formula was good, it was nice and opaque. I used 2 coats for the photos below.
Poison is a dark green. This was the first from the collection that I put on...you guys know how I feel about green polish...I couldn't resist it! The formula was really nice, it was a great consistency and the opacity was good. I used 2 coats for the photos below.
Quiet Riot is a silvery black. This is another that is so sparkly that it's hard to see what the base color really is. The formula was good, it was nice and opaque and easy to apply. I used 2 coats for the photos below.
Dance Legend is available at http://www.dance-legend.com/en/, you can also find their polishes at several etailers like Llarowe. For a full list of Dance Legend etailers all over the world check out the Dance Legend website I linked above.
These are absolutely gorgeous!!!! Love Hysteria!
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely gorgeous! Holos are my favorite kinds of polishes!
ReplyDeleteAfter the dark purple and blue, wasn't sure which of these I needed, they're all very pretty.
ReplyDeleteGreat swatches as always, so much work!
I love this collection. I think it is the best Dance Legend collection so far, the polishes seem just glowing from within.
ReplyDeleteBy the way, I compared Zoya Dream and DL Night Ranger side by side - Dream is noticeaby darker and it contains less holo particles.
That's how I thought those 2 would be, thanks for confirming that!
ReplyDeleteThese look amazing!
ReplyDeleteMauve-y pink holo is really wonderful for me.
ReplyDeleteI'm having a hard time picking a favorite, they're all absolutely stunning!
ReplyDeleteI love, love High Hopes and Night Ranger! Great photos and descriptions as usual!

ReplyDeleteThey're all stunning but Poison is particularly beautiful.
ReplyDeleteGosh, I think I want them all, especially Poison!
ReplyDeleteDoes anyone have a comparison between Zoya Blaze and DL Bullet for my Valentine?
ReplyDeleteThey are all really pretty but I feel like i've been seeing that same colors all over. I think I may pass on this collection
ReplyDeleteI love these!!! The sparkle is outrageous!
ReplyDeleteHow does Bullet for my Valentine compare to PP Monroe?
ReplyDeleteDance Legend is doing some great stuff! Just wish it were easier for me to get them. Or maybe I don't ... heaven knows I spend enough on the brands I do have easy access to. :)
