Maya Cosmetics Sprummer Collection Swatches & Review

Happy weekend! Hope you're all having a great weekend so far, mine is alright. Degen had to get a tooth pulled yesterday so I'm snuggling my fur baby back to health. I don't think he's too upset about it, he gets to have wet food for like 2 weeks while he heals so he's stoked. He probably thinks he hit the jackpot and is getting cat food, which is like his favorite thing to attempt to eat. We call him a wiener cat because of his love of trying to figure out ways to sneak into the room where Oreo gets fed.

Today I have the Maya Cosmetics Sprummer Collection to share with you! This collection is 7 polishes for Spring/Summer. There are all kinds of finishes, everything from shimmers to holos and glitters. I really like the variety of colors in this collection, there are some stunners in here! Check out all the swatches after the jump!

A Different Kind of Buzz is a purple jelly loaded with multicolored flakes of shimmer. The formula was good, it was a bit sheer but easy to build. I used 3 coats for the photos below.

Lighting: Shade

Beach Baby is a glitter bomb packed with bronze, sand, pink, and orange glitter in a sheer bronze base. This is one of my favorites from the collection, before I ever saw the name it made me think of a beach! The formula was a little thick but I had no issues with application and the opacity was good. It does dry with a bit of texture so you can leave it that way or add a couple coats of top coat to smooth it out. I used top coat for my photos!

Beyond The Pale is an orange leaning coral with pink, purple and peach micro flakes of shimmer. I like that this one is a great coral for summer but it has a nice twist on it with the pretty shimmer! The formula was good, it was a touch sheer but I had no application issues and it was easy to build. I used 3 coats for the photos below.

Lighting: Shade

Bittersweet Symphony is gunmetal, periwinkle, white and fuchsia glitter in a sheer grey base. I wasn't sure about this one in the bottle but man, on the nail it's a stunner. I loved how all the different shades of glitter worked together and the dark grey base really helps them pop. The formula was good, a little thick but easy to apply and the opacity was great. I used 2 coats for the photos below, I did use top coat for my swatch.

Lighting: Shade

Crush V.2 is a dark teal blue jelly with multicolored micro flakes of shimmer. The shimmer stands out a bit more in person than my camera could seem to capture it! The formula was good, it was a little sheer but easy to build. I used 3 coats for the photos below.

for some reason this photo is looking a bit blurry for me, it wasn't like that until I uploaded it (sorry!) :(

Lighting: Shade

Ethereal is a golden base with a subtle holo. The holo was on the subtle side in most lighting but easily visible out in the sun. The formula was great, it was a nice consistency and the opacity was good. I used 2 coats for the photos below.

Zazzy is an orchid foil with fine holographic glitter. The holographic glitter in this one was more visible in person, because of how shiny foils are when they photograph it really takes away from the holo in photos. The formula was good, it was easy to apply and the opacity was great. I used 2 coats for the photos below.

Overall I really like the variety in this collection and am totally in love with the glitters! My picks are Beach Baby and Bittersweet Symphony!
