Zoya Summer 2014 Tickled Collection Swatches & Review

Hi guys! Today I have the first of Zoya's Summer polishes to share with you! I thought it would be fitting to post these today since I'm about to be off to Cleveland which is where Zoya is based. I kinda wish I could go visit Zoya, I'd love to see their operation. Instead I will be in a hotel learning about accounting...yay?

The first part of Zoya's Summer offerings for this year is called Tickled. Tickled is the creme half of the collection, it's 6 bright summery cremes that pair beautifully with the Bubbly half of the collection I'll be posting soon. Not only are they great with the Bubbly Collection but they are gorgeous on their own also! If there are any comparisons you'd like to see for these make sure to leave them in the comments. Check out all the swatches after the jump!

Kitridge is a bright bubblegum pink creme. The formula was good, a little thick but in a good way that made application easy. There was some minor streakiness but it wasn't bad and it was easy to cover. I used 2 coats for the photos below.

Ling is a blue creme. Zoya calls this a royal blue. The formula was good, it was easy to apply and the opacity was fantastic. I used 2 coats for the photos below.

Rocha is a very red toned orange with a subtle shimmer. The shimmer in this is about as subtle as it can get, you can see it when you apply the polish but it's very hard to see otherwise. You can see it in my photos but it was not as obvious in real life. The formula was good, it was a nice consistency and easy to work with. I used 2 coats for the photos below.

Rooney is a magenta pink creme. The formula was good, it was a good consistency and the opacity was really nice. I used 2 coats for the photos below.

Tilda is a bright yellow toned green. The formula was good, I did have some issues with it leveling out but I think that could have been fixed by me using a thinner 2nd coat. I used 2 coats for the photos below.

Wendy is a bright melon pink as described by Zoya. I love this one, it feels the most unique of the bunch, it kind of makes me think of what China Glaze Flip Flop Fantasy would be if it were not so neon.  The formula was good, it can be streaky if you aren't careful so patience will be your friend with this one. I used 2 coats for the photos below.

Overall I like the Tickled Collection, I'm a big fan of creme polishes so I like when Zoya puts out a collection like this. My picks are Wendy and Ling.

The Tickled Collection is available now at Zoya.com, each polish retails for $9.

  5. I swear one of these pinks reminds me of Zoya's Shelby. I may have to bring out my Shelby to remind myself exactly what that color looks like.

  10. Just realised one of these shares its name with my daughter, so I'll definitely have to pick it up, even though it's not a colour I'd normally go for. I'll probably give it to her anyway, we have terrible trouble trying to find personalised items with her name, so this will be something special for her. :)

I ordered Ling, and Tilda (and caved and also got their bubbly twins Muse and Stassi) after your posts, and Ling went on my nails immediately!!!
