Emerald City is a gorgeous green creme. You guys know me, I'm all about green polish! The formula was good, it was easy to apply and the opacity was good. It dries to be nice and shiny on it's own which is always nice if you're in a rush. I used 2 coats for the photos below.
High School Sweetheart is a pink creme. The formula was good, it was easy to apply and the opacity was really nice. I used 2 coats for the photos below.
Mollywood is a creamy orange with a golden shimmer. This is my favorite of the 4, the shimmer was nice and not so subtle that it was invisible. The formula was good, it was easy to apply and the consistency was good. I used 2 coats for the photos below.
Hoopla is a sunshine yellow creme. This is perfect for summer, it's bright but not neon. The formula was good for a yellow like this, it was a touch streaky but it leveled out nicely and the opacity was good. I used 3 coats for the photos below.
Overall I like the 4 Hoopla polishes I tried. The brush was really nice for a mini and application on all 4 was good. My only negative is the price with these, they are pretty tiny in terms of nail polish bottles but they retail for $8 each. I'm not sure that I personally would pay $8 for that small of a bottle. I do love that you get a bottle when you are at their retail location getting a mani/pedi...I think thats a fun concept, too bad there isn't one of these near me!
Hoopla can be purchased at http://www.hooplastudio.com/, individual mini polishes retail for $8. They also have trios that you can pick up for $22.50.
