Hoopla Mini Polish Swatches & Review

Hi guys! Today I have a new to me brand called Hoopla to share with you. Hoopla is a nail studio in Kansas that offers mani's and pedi's and with them you get a mini bottle of the polish used for touch ups. For those of us that live nowhere near Kansas you can also get the cute mini polishes on their website! There have a ton of shades to choose from in all kinds of finishes so there is a little something for everyone! I have 4 of Hoopla's mini poilshes to show you today, click the read more button below to check out the swatches!

Emerald City is a gorgeous green creme. You guys know me, I'm all about green polish! The formula was good, it was easy to apply and the opacity was good. It dries to be nice and shiny on it's own which is always nice if you're in a rush. I used 2 coats for the photos below.

High School Sweetheart is a pink creme. The formula was good, it was easy to apply and the opacity was really nice. I used 2 coats for the photos below.

Mollywood is a creamy orange with a golden shimmer. This is my favorite of the 4, the shimmer was nice and not so subtle that it was invisible. The formula was good, it was easy to apply and the consistency was good. I used 2 coats for the photos below.

Hoopla is a sunshine yellow creme. This is perfect for summer, it's bright but not neon. The formula was good for a yellow like this, it was a touch streaky but it leveled out nicely and the opacity was good. I used 3 coats for the photos below.

Overall I like the 4 Hoopla polishes I tried. The brush was really nice for a mini and application on all 4 was good. My only negative is the price with these, they are pretty tiny in terms of nail polish bottles but they retail for $8 each. I'm not sure that I personally would pay $8 for that small of a bottle. I do love that you get a bottle when you are at their retail location getting a mani/pedi...I think thats a fun concept, too bad there isn't one of these near me!

Hoopla can be purchased at http://www.hooplastudio.com/, individual mini polishes retail for $8. They also have trios that you can pick up for $22.50.

  1. I love that shimmery orange! Unlike the others (which are nice), it's really unique :D

  2. I like the last one! But I think I'm to pale for the colour.

  6. They looked alright, Ironically enough I hated the green nail polish out of the bunch, runner up would've been the yellow one. I actually liked the shimmery orange

  7. Love the green! However, I agree that $8 is pretty rich for such a teeny bottle.
