Pretty Serious Stop! Collaborate & Listen Collection Swatches & Review

Hi guys! Hope you all had a great weekend! I did! Last night I had dinner with Pam from Girly Bits, it was so great! I've been talking to Pam for years in email and on Facebook, her brand was one of the first indies I ever swatched here on the blog. It was great to finally get to meet in her person while she was down here in So Cal on vacation!

Today I have a new blogger collaboration collection from Pretty Serious to share with you. This 3 piece collection is pretty darn awesome...also the name of the collection is full of win. I can't help but sing me some Vanilla Ice every time I look at the title of the post. Check out all the swatches after the jump!

Stuck In The Middle is a collaboration with Kristy of The Polish Haven! It's a gorgeous fuchsia jelly loaded with a glass flecked shimmer. The shimmer flashes mostly blue and purple and it's so much better in person than any photo can show! I mean....look at the bottle in the shade photo and how the shimmer glows!  The formula was great, very easy to work with and apply. The opacity was fantastic and opaque in 2 coats.

Swatch And Learn is a collaboration with Mary of Swatch and Learn! It is an interesting green jelly with and iridescent rainbow glass fleck shimmer along with small gold and copper flakes. This polish...I can't even....it's so perfect! I love a good green and this is such a gorgeous one...the shimmer is incredible both out in the sun and in the shade. I love how it was shifting to blue and pink in the shade. This is one of those polishes that I wore and just stared at while moving around my hand. The formula was great, it was a good consistency and the opacity was good. The shimmer is easily visible in pretty much any lighting. I used 2 coats for the photos below.

Undercover Mermaid is a collaboration with Michelle of Lab Muffin! It is a purple toned taupe with a glass fleck shimmer and blue/green flakies. This is such a great work appropriate shade with a little something extra to make it exciting. I really enjoy polishes like this and this is super flattering on my skin tone which is always nice! The formula was great, it was easy to apply and the opacity was good. I used 2 coats for the photos below.

Degan looks amazing! So slim, it's so easy for us to spoil them with treats and for them to get a little tummy on them!

  7. Yay Degen <3! Good thing you are getting his weight down, it's so sad when pets are overweight because they can't really do anything about it themselves.

  9. Ditto re: UM, my fav too, just gorgeous. I've been looking for a nice light taupe/gray/greige-y shade lately that isn't blah. love the shade name too :) I don't do greens much b/c I fear they don't work on my skintone but that golden green has me intrigued!
