Different Dimension Fall 2014 Cosmologically Speaking Collection Swatches & Review

Hi guys! Hope you're all having a good day so far! I am one tired lady today, last night a busted my butt cleaning my polish room. Then I went to Ikea and bought a new desk, chair and another Alex. I haven't put them together yet but just getting them off the shelves at Ikea, into the car and then out of the car was a pain. I have sore muscles I didn't even know existed...like in my feet, what the heck. Today I have the new Cosmologically Speaking Collection from Different Dimension for Fall 2014 to share with you! This 14 piece collection is full of beautiful subtle shimmers, duochromatic shimmers and some gorgeous holos! Check out all the swatches after the jump!

Big Bang is a super dense holographic glitter. This has 3 different sizes of holographic glitter in a holographic base. You can wear this as a topper or on its own. I couldn't resist wearing it on its own...it's like a disco ball for your nails! The formula was great, it was super dense but not thick and application was a breeze. I used 2 coats for the photos below.

Black Hole is a multi chrome shimmer that flashes purple, gold and blue in a sheer black base. The formula is good, its sheet but it builds really easily and is opaque in 3 coats.

Lighting: Shade

Halley's Comet is dusty lilac base with a golden shimmer. This shimmer looks like its both regular shimmer and a bit of flake shimmer. The formula was good, it was a little bit thick but it gave me no issues with application. I used 2 coats for the photos below.

Heavenly Waters is a cobalt blue holo. The holo is much stronger in person than it looks in photos, this one is a stunner! The formula was good, it was easy to apply and the opacity was fantastic. I used 2 coats for the photos below.

Light Year is dusty faded green base with a golden shimmer. The formula was good, it was a really nice consistency and application was good. I used 2 coats for the photos below.

Luminosity is a mauve base with a golden shimmer. This has purple undertones and is very flattering on the nail. The formula was good, it was a touch sheer on the first coat but completely opaque with the 2nd.

Milky Way is multi chrome green to blue shimmer in a sheer black base. The formula was good, it was sheer but easily buildable. I used 2 coats for the photos below, in person this looked great by in photos there are a couple sheer spots so 3 coats would probably be best.

Pluto Is Still A Planet To Me is a dusty denim blue with a golden shimmer. I love the name of this, poor Pluto...you're still a planet to me too. The formula was good, it was a touch thick but easy to apply and the opacity was good. I used 2 coats for the photos below.

Pulsar is a rich royal purple with a golden shimmer. This polish was a collaboration with Tiffany of Polished To Precision for her blogiversary! This was my favorite upon opening the package and it didn't disappoint on the nail either! The formula was good, a touch on the thick side but easy to apply. I used 2 coats for the photos below.

Solar Flares is taupe-beige base with a peachy pink shimmer. This doesn't look the best on my skin tone but I've seen other swatches of it on people with different skin tones than I have and it looked great on all of them! The formula was good, it was easy to apply and the opacity was good. I used 2 coats for the photos below.

Speed Of Light is taupe-grey base with purple undertones, it also has a pink/purple shimmer. The formula was a little bit tricky with this one, it was good on the first coat but a little goopy on the second coat which gave me some issues. Its nothing a little bit of thinner couldn't easily fix. I used 2 coats for the photos below.

Supernova is multi chrome shimmer that shifts between blue and purple in a sheer black base. This one is a bit more of a smooth shimmer when compares to the other 2 polishes like this in the collection, they have a bit more of a chunky shimmer. The formula was good, sheer but easily buildable and opaque in 3 coats.

Lighting: Shade

Ultraviolet is a pink holo with a strong purple flash of shimmer. The formula was good, it was a nice consistency and easy to apply. I used 2 coats for the photos below.

White Dwarf is sheer grey base with rainbow flakies. This one is gorgeous, the flakies are easy to see both in the sun and in the shade and they give the polish a lot of depth. The formula was good, it was sheer but buildable and opaque in 3 coats.
