Zoya Fall 2014 Entice Collection Swatches & Review

Hi guys! Today I have the first half of Zoya's Fall 2014 offerings to share with you! This half is called Entice and its made up of 5 creme polishes and 1 subtle shimmer. I don't know about you guys but I am all about the fall polishes right now, it's my favorite season for polish and I can't get enough at the moment! Check out all the swatches after the jump!

Formula wise all 6 polishes were good. The consistency of each was good and easy to work with. Opacity was also good on all 6, I used 2 coats for each polish. All photos are in natural sunlight.

Claire is a dark burgundy creme. This was a surprise for me, in the bottle it looked like it was just straight up brown but then once I started applying it and could see that it was burgundy I was happily surprised!

Genevieve is described by Zoya as cool leather grey creme. However mine isn't a creme, it has a subtle pearl like shimmer in it. The shimmer is very subtle but visible in sunlight at certain angles.

Margo is a red toned plum creme. In Zoya's photos of this one it looks much more purple but I feel like it leans more to red/pink on me.

Nyssa is milk chocolate brown creme.

Ryan is a dark blue creme. This is my favorite of the collection, I always like blues like this and this will be a good one for layering glitters over!

Veronica- good formula great opacity 2 coats

The Entice Collection is available now at and at Ulta stores, each polish retails for $9

  1. I picked up Remy and Ryan a few weeks ago at Ulta and loved them both! A coworker, who only wears polish very occasionally, was interested in Ryan as an alternative to wearing a black creme instead because it doesn't look as harsh. I thought that that was a great idea!

If Zoya want already my favorite mainstream, the 2 fall and Naturel Deux would've converted me! They look great!

I was excited about this collection... but then Zoya started posting their own comparisons and the colors are basically dupes of existing polishes with very minor differences. (Example being Ryan is only half a shade lighter than Sailor according to Zoya)
So it makes me feel like there is no need to invest in them. :(

  4. Great collection for the fall this is.

  5. When you put out as many collections as Zoya does, it's bound to start happening sooner or later! Plus this is definitely the more 'staple shade' half of the collection so you'd expect dupes or near dupes if you have a larger collection.

  6. I have Veronica and Ryan. Unfortunately my Ryan got thick and tacky. It's still pretty applicable compared to other brands of polish and it looks and has worn lovely so far. I need to see if my Veronica ended up the same way because then I figure it's probably shipping and handling issue.

I layered 3 silver glitters over Ryan on my ring fingers in an ombre effect and I absolutely adore how it looks :)

  7. Great swatches and what a nice collectin :-)
