Whimsical Ideas by Pam 2015 Valentines Collection Swatches & Review

Hi guys! Hope you all had a nice weekend! Mine was good, I didn't do much Saturday then yesterday I watched the Superbowl. I didn't really care who won (I am a Packers fan :D) but it turned out to be a pretty good game, I was hoping to win some $$ in the pool at work but I didn't end up with the right numbers for any of the quarters...boo! Today I have the Valentines Collection from Whimsical Ideas by Pam to share with you! This collection is full of 7 gorgeous polishes with a mix of fun glitters and really pretty shimmers! Check out all the swatches after the jump.

Bear Cubs is a dark brown base loaded with magenta shimmer. It's al little hard to tell the base is brown in photos but its more obvious in person. The formula was good, it was easy to apply with good opacity. I used 2 coats plus top coat for the photos below.

Bliss is a blue/purple duochrome shimmer. This can be worn alone or layered, for me it was a little sheer on its own so I decided to layer it. The duochrome was much more noticeable when it was on its own. The formula was good, it was a nice consistency, I used 2 coats plus top coat over Wet N Wild Ebony Hates Chris for my photos. If you wanted to wear this on its own you'd need 3-4 coats for full opacity.

Heart And Soul is red and purple glass glitter in a clear base. I love these glitters, I was a big fan of the one in Pam's Holiday Collection so I was excited when there was another in this collection. It's hard describe how neat these glitters are and it really doesn't translate, it's something you have to see to get why its different than a lot of other glitters out there. The formula was good, it was easy to apply with good glitter coverage. I used 1 coat plus top coat over Zoya Rowan for the photos below.

Moonbeam is iridescent glitter in a sheer white base. This is another that can be worn on its own or layered. I layered 1 coat over Picture Polish LakoDom for the photos below. The formula was a touch thick so if you decide to wear it on its own I'd recommend using thin coats and letting them completely dry between coats, that way you don't pull up the layer below.

Shade
Puppy Love is a red jelly with iridescent glitter and a purple shimmer. I really like this one, the glitter and shimmer gives it a ton of depth! The formula was good, it is a jelly so its sheer at first but it built easily and was opaque in 3 coats.

Rose Coloured Glasses is holographic rosey pink glitter in a clear base. My favorite part of this polish is the tiny star glitters, they are so small and cute lol! The formula was good, it wasn't thick and application was easy. It had great glitter payoff also, I used 1 coat plus top coat over China Glaze Pack Lightly for the photos below.

Tutu Sweet is a squishy pink crelly base with matte neon pink and white glitter.  The formula was good, it ended up being more opaque than I was expecting which was a nice surprise. I used 2 coats plus top coat for the photos below.
