OPI Fall 2015 Venice Collection LE Shades Swatches & Review

Hi guys! Hope you all had a nice weekend, mine was pretty good...got my AC fixed yay! Apparently the issue was a blown out fuse, so it was an easy fix. Crossing my fingers that nothing else breaks on it haha!

Today I have the 3 LE shades from the Fall 2015 Venice Collection from OPI. These polishes were in their own little display when I went to Ulta the other day. The 3 LE's include 2 blue shimmers and a frosty glitter. Check out all the swatches after the jump!

Baroque...But Still Shopping! is a silver/gold frosty base with gold glitter. This is not my cup of tea, it kind of reminds me of how some indies looked when they first started to gain traction. The formula was good, it was easy to apply with great opacity. I used 2 coats for the photos below. The finish on this is a bit lumpy, even with top coat.

Shade
St. Marks The Spot is a rich dark blue shimmer. This is my favorite of the trio even though its not the most unique polish (I've already found a dupe for it, stay tuned to the blog this week to find out what it is). The formula was good, it was a nice consistency and easy to apply with good opacity. I used 2 coats for the photos below.

Shade

Venice The Party? is a medium blue shimmer. The formula was good, easy to work with and it had nice opacity. I used 2 coats for the photos below.

Shade
The Venice Collection from OPI is available now, you can find it at Ulta and various other professional salons. OPI retails for $9.50 a bottle.

  5. I bought Baroque But Still Shopping, but now I'm not so sure I want it. I haven't swatched it yet on myself... I dunno. I'm one of the few people that liked the Crinkled Chromes, so who knows... :X

  9. The last two are pretty colors but nothing unique. I have tons in my collection that are similar. I would not go so far as to say ewwww though, more like booo for nothing unique.
