Nine Zero Lacquer Harvest Festival Collection Swatches & Review

Hi guys! Today I have an exciting post for you! I have the debut collection from Nine Zero Lacquer to share with you! Nine Zero is a brand new indie brand made by JessFace90, if you like watching live swatch videos, or really any nail videos, I'm sure you've seen Jess. I adore her videos and was so excited when I found out she was starting up her own brand. The first collection from Nine Zero is called Harvest Festival and its available until September 12th for pre-order. There are 8 gorgeous holos in the collection! Check out all of the swatches after the jump!

Holo All The Things! is a holographic top coat. This is not part of the collection but I decided to put it with this post anyway. Jess has a variety of top and base coats available alongside the Harvest Festival Collection and this is one of them. The formula of this one was great, its a good consistency and the holo payoff is great. I used 1 coat over China Glaze Free Bear Hugs for the photos below.

Candy Apple is a pink toned red holo. The formula was really nice, it went on smoothly and had a good consistency. I used 2 coats for the photos below.

Concord is a purple holo. The holo was nice and strong, stronger than my camera could capture. The formula was really nice, it was a good consistency and easy to apply with good opacity. I used 2 coats for the photos below.

Corn Maize is a mustard yellow holo. The holo is a little subtle but its more visible in person than in photos. The formula was good, it was easy to apply and I had no issues with it being streaky or patchy. I used 2 coats for the photos below.

Cricket is a black holo. This has a little bit of a gold shimmer to it which I really enjoy! The formula was fantastic, it was a little thick in a good way and the opacity was great. I used 1 coat for the photos below.

Cypress is a green holo. This has some blue undertones to it so depending on the lighting and your skin tone it can lean a little bit to blue. The formula was good, it was really nice to apply and had good opacity. I used 2 coats for the photos below.

Pumpkin Everything is a pumpkin orange holo. The formula was great, it was a good consistency and easy to apply with good opacity. I used 2 coats for the photos below.

S'more Holo is a taupe holo. I like how this doesn't lean too much to purple or brown, its right in the middle. The formula was really nice, it was really smooth to apply with good opacity. I used 2 coats for the photo below.

September Sky is a dark blue holo. The holo is a little hard to see in photos but its more visible in person, its due to how saturated the blue is. The formula was great, it was easy to apply and had great opacity. This was very nearly a 1 coater, I used 2 coats for the photos below.

The Nine Zero Lacquer Harvest Festival Collection is available for pre-order now at http://www.ninezerolacquer.com, they are $9.50 each or you can pick up the entire collection for $70.

  2. Pumpkin Everything is a really nice orange. Very tempting. I don't normally like yellow, but Corn Maize is awesome! These definitely feel like autumn.
