Lacquer Lust Swatches & Review

Hi guys! Today I have a few polishes from Lacquer Lust to share with you! These are a mix of polishes from different collections. I was excited when Jo sent these over to me because she sent a bunch of her cremes and I've heard good things about them on other blogs! I've really been enjoying indie cremes lately! Check out the swatches after the jump!

a-Maize-ing is a mustard yellow creme. I really like this shade of yellow, I feel like its the kind of yellow that will look good on a nice variety of skin tones. The formula was really nice, it was smooth and easy to apply. There was very minor streakiness on the first coat and it completely evened out on the second coat. I used 2 coats for the photos below.

Blue Corn Moon is a dusty navy blue creme. The formula was really nice on this one also, it was easy to apply and had a good consistency. I used 2 coats for the photos below.

Boysenberry is a dark purple creme. This is nice and dark and can look a little bit black in lower lighting but in normal indoor lighting and outside I could tell it was purple. The formula was good, easy to apply and with good opacity. I used 2 coats for the photos below.

Coffee Bean is a dark chocolatey brown creme. The formula was also really nice on this one, it was smooth and easy to apply with good opacity. I used 2 coats for the photos below.

I Made A Snow Unicorn is a silver holographic micro glitter with small blue and silver holographic hex glitter. The formula was good, it was easy to apply and the coverage was better than I expected it to be which is always a nice surprise. I used 2 coats plus top coat for the photos below.

O Tannenbaum is a dark green creme. The formula was good, it was a good consistency and easy to apply with good opacity. I used 2 coats for the photos below.

Plum Foolery is a dark plum creme. The formula was really nice, it was smooth and buttery to apply. I used 2 coats for the photos below.

Pumpkin Spice is an orange creme. This has a little dusty-ness to it that doesn't translate very well in my photos, unfortunately. The formula was good, it was easy to apply and had good opacity. I used 2 coats for the photos below.

Thankful For Unicorns is a silver holographic micro glitter base with orange, brown and gold glitter. The formula was good, it was a nice consistency and the glitter payoff was good. I used 2 coats plus top coat for the photos below.

Tinsel is a dense golden glitter in a clear base. This has various sizes of gold glitter, everything from tiny micro glitter to small/medium hex glitter. The formula was good, it was very glitter dense but it didn't give me any issues with application. I used 2 coats plus top coat for the photos below.

Winter Berry is a red creme. This leans a little towards brick red but is a little brighter than a normal brick red. Hopefully that makes sense haha! The formula was good, it was a good consistency and easy to apply. I used 2 coats for the photos below.

Lacquer Lust is available at Lacquer-Lust.com, the cremes & Tinsel retail for $9 and the other 2 glitters are $10.
