The Trouble With Valentine's Collaboration Box Swatches & Review

Hi guys! Today I have a collaboration box between Serum No. 5, Lacquer Lust and Cirque to share with you called The Trouble With Valentine's. This box celebrates being without a Valentine :P

This box releases on Friday January 22nd on all 3 makers websites, all of them will be linked at the end of the post. These come in a really cute clear box with some candy and Valentine appropriate crinkle paper...very festive. Check out the swatches after the jump!

Cirque's contribution to this collaboration box is called Karma Sutra. Its a rich dark burgundy packed with silver micro flakes of glitter.  The formula was good, it was a touch on the thick side but in a way that made it easy to apply. The opacity was fantastic, very nearly a 1 coater. I used 2 thin coats plus top coat for the photos below.

Lacquer Lust Unloved Unicorn is a new addition to her series of unicorn polishes (which are great if you've never check them out). This has a silver holographic micro glitter base with sprinkles of black, red and purple glitter. The formula was good, this is easy to wear on its own but you could also layer it if you wanted to. I used 2 coats plus top coat for the photos below.

Serum No. 5 Single Awareness Day is a plum base with reddish copper and holographic shimmer. This also glows bright blue in the dark. The formula was good, it was easy to apply and had good opacity. It dries gritty but is smooth with a coat of top coat. I used 2 coats plus top coat for the photos below.

The Trouble With Valentine's Collaboration Box will be available on 1/22/16 at Noon (EST for Cirque and PST for Serum No. 5 & Lacquer Lust).
