Hi guys! Hope you all had a nice weekend, mine was good...just relaxed at home. Honestly, it was probably the first relaxing weekend I've had since February...its pretty much the first since then that life has been "normal". Today I have the Nine Zero Lacquer Spring 2016 Collection to share with you. This collection is made up of 5 jelly based micro glitters. I really enjoy the color palette of this collection, they are perfect for the season and exactly what I've felt like wearing lately. Check out all the swatches after the jump!
Formula wise all 5 were pretty similar across the board, they were a touch thick but in a way that I found made application easy. They were a little sheer due to the jelly bases but they built up easily and were opaque in 2-3 coats, I used 3 for my swatches but you could get away with 2 on a few of these depending on how you polish. These do dry with some texture due to the micro glitter but were smooth for me with a couple coats of top coat. I would recommend a peel off base coat with these to save yourself a headache for removal :)
Annual March Blizzard has a silvery blue jelly base and is packed with silver holographic micro glitter. This is much more sparkly in real life than my photos are showing it!
Full Bloom is a light pastel pink jelly base wtih silver holographic glitter. If you a pale girl like I am you'll like this one, its one of those pinks that makes you look tan!
Iris is a purple jelly base with silver holographic micro glitter. This one is my personal favorite of the bunch, it has the most depth to it when you're indoors or in the shade.
Let It Rain is a teal jelly with silver holographic micro glitter. This is another favorite for me, mostly because I feel like its an interesting shade of teal. I've worn it a few times since getting these, which is unusual for me!
New Growth is a light green jelly with silver holographic micro glitter. We all know I like this one because...green! This did make my fingers look a little red but I feel like the only one who would notice that is me.
The Spring 2016 Collection from Nine Zero Lacquer is available now at http://www.ninezerolacquer.com/. Each polish retails for $10 or you can pick up the 5 polishes as a set for $45 and save a few dollars!
