Top Shelf Lacquer Fun Bar Quotes Collection Swatches & Review

Hi guys! Today I have the Fun Bar Quotes Collection from Top Shelf Lacquer to share with you. This is a 4 piece collection made up of  super shifty multichromes! These are launching tomorrow night and will be available in minis and full sizes. I bottles I'm showing are the mini sized polishes. I normally don't care for minis but Top Shelf uses the same brushes in their minis as the full size polishes so they are pretty perfect. Check out the swatches after the jump!

Bad Decisions Make Good Stories is a red jelly base with a multichrome that shifts between yellow, pink, orange, red, copper and green. The formula was good, it was a nice consistency and easy to apply. It was sheer but easily buildable. I used 3 coats plus top coat for the photos below.

Drinks Well With Others is a multichrome that shifts between green, blue, purple, red and copper. This one is in a slightly blackened jelly base. The formula was really nice, it was a good consistency and easy to apply. Again, sheer but buildable and opaque in 3 coats. I used 3 coats for the photos below.

Take Me Drunk, I'm Home is a purple jelly base with a multichrome that shifts between blue, purple, red, copper and green. Not only is this one pretty but the name is pretty awesome also, I feel like there's a 99% chance I have said that phrase at least 1 time in my 20's. The formula was good, again nice consistency and easy to apply with sheer but buildable coverage.  I used 3 coats plus top coat for the photos below.

Why Limit Happy To An Hour? is a purple jelly base with a multichrome that shifts between red, blue, purple, copper and green. The formula was the same as the other three, easy to apply with sheer but buildable opacity. I used 3 coats plus top coat for the photos below.

The Fun Bar Quotes Collection will be available at TopShelfLacquer.com starting on 8/12/16 at 8pm EST. These will be available individually and as a set in both mini and full size. The minis are $8.50 each ($32 for all 4) and the full size polishes are $12 each ($44 for all 4)

In addition to the 4 gorgeous polishes above Amy from Top Shelf Lacquer also sent me a bar of her handcrafted soap to try out. Top Shelf offers a range of different scents and types of colors. The one I receive is the Black Raspberry Vanilla Greek Yogurt Soap. Not only does it smell amazing, I pretty much love walking into my bathroom now since I put it in there, but its also gorgeous with the white, pink and purple marble. Another thing I have enjoyed about this soap is that its not drying, there are a lot of moisturizing ingredients in the soap, like coconut oil and mango butter, so I don't feel like my hands need lotion immediately after washing them. You can pick up this soap, and tons of others, in the Top Shelf Lacquer shop for $6 each!
