KBShimmer Polish Con Exclusives Swatches & Review

Hi guys! Today I have the last of my Polish Con posts, these exclusives are from KBShimmer! In case you won't be attending Polish Con you may be able to get your paws on these beauties, any extras after the event will be available at Colo4Nails! I'm really hoping there are some of these ones left over so that more people have a go at them! Check out the swatches after the jump!

Alcohol You Later is a subtle duochrome that goes between red and coppery brown, it has a soft linear holo also. I really like this one...much more than I thought I would just based on the bottle. The base color of this polish is interesting, it takes on so many different looks and they are all perfect for Fall. I'm looking forward to seeing more photos of this polish, I feel like its one of those polishes that will look different in every photo! The formula was great, it was a good consistency and easy to apply. I used 2 coats for the photos below.

Let's Slang is a deep blue jelly with coppery red shimmer. This is another stunner, I feel like it doesn't translate in photos as pretty as it is in person. The shimmer is a bit more noticeable in real life, especially out in the sunlight. The formula was good, it was a touch thinner than I usually like but I had no issues with application. Because of the jelly base its a bit sheer but it builds easily, you may be able to get it opaque in 2 coats depending on your application. This also dried a little dull so you'll want to top coat it to bring it to life. I used 3 coats plus top coat for the photos below.

Ready For This Jelly is a purple jelly base with a rainbow of flakies throughout it. I always forget how much I like this type of flakie until I get a new one, then my love for them is restored. I love the way the flakies float in the purple base, they are really dense in the polish but no so dense that its over powering. The formula was good, it was a touch thick because of the amount of flakies but I had no issue with application and the opacity was better than I expected. This does dry matte, which looks pretty awesome so you could top it with a matte top coat or a shiny one...either option is really pretty. I used 2 coats plus a shiny top coat for the photos below.

These polishes will be available at Polish Con, you can check out the event page for Polish Con on Facebook here. If there are any extras after Polish Con you will be able to get them at, make sure to follow KBShimmer on Instagram or Facebook for updates about that availability.
