Orly Holiday 2016 Sunset Strip Collection Swatches & Review

Hi guys! Today I have my first Holiday Collection for 2016 to share with you. It's crazy that its actually time for Holiday collections already, this year is seriously flying by! This collection is the Sunset Strip Collection from Orly! They are keeping on with their LA theme from Fall for this collection, which I love since I'm sort of near LA. Check out the swatches after the jump!

Celebrity Spotting is a purple base loaded with golden shimmer. This is pretty much the star of the collection for me, its really beautiful! The formula was good, it was a nice consistency and had great opacity. I used 2 coats plus top coat for the photos below.

Invite Only is a grassy green creme. The formula was good on this one also, it was a little patchy at first but built up and evened out easily. I used 2 coats for the photos below.

Last Call is a pink base with hot pink shimmer. The shimmer stands out really nicely in this polish, it almost glows. The formula was good, it was easy to apply and much more opaque than I thought it would be. I used 2 coats plus top coat for the photos below.

Sunset Blvd is a red base with gold shimmer. The shimmer stands out a little better in real life than its showing in photos. The formula was good, it was a little sheer on the first coat but opaque with the second. I used 2 coats plus top coat for the photos below.

The Who's Who is an indigo creme. This leans a bit more purple than my camera could capture, shades like this are so difficult to accurately photograph! If you are on the fence about this color I would suggest looking up several swatches to get a good idea of the shade since I feel like its one that will look different in every photo. The formula was good, it was a good consistency but a little bit sheer. I used 3 coats to even it out and get it opaque.

Up All Night is a silvery grey shimmer. Looking at this in the bottle I thought it was going to be a matte but it wasn't. The formula was good, it was a nice consistency and had good opacity. I used 2 coats plus top coat for the photos below.

The Orly Sunset Strip Collection is available in now in regular polish, Gel FX and Epix form so you can grab it in whatever formula works best for you!
