First Impression Friday: Pipe Dream Polish

Happy Friday! This week for first impression Friday I have some polishes from Pipe Dream Polish to share with you! I'm sure everyone has heard of this brand, they are known for their polishes being fantastic to watermarble with! I have been trying for ages and ages to buy something from them but their restocks are a pain and I usually give up...however I stumbled upon their site the other day when there was actually stock so I grabbed 3 polishes!

I placed my order on 10/13/16 and it arrived on 10/19/16 which I was impressed by. I'm guessing that Pipe Dream gets a lot of orders when stuff is in stock so I appreciate the fast turn around! The polishes arrived in a bubble mailer with an invoice copy, piece of candy and a little cuticle pusher. The polishes were also bubble wrapped and wrapped in branded tissue paper. I really really love the little cuticle pusher that was included, it was nice to get an extra that is useful (not that I don't love getting candy, but you know what I mean). Check out what I got after the jump!

Moonbow is a black scattered holo. The formula was fantastic, it was a great consistency and easy to apply with great opacity. I used 1 coat for the photos below!

Whitewater is a white creme. I know this isn't that exciting but I've never found a good white for watermarbles so I figured I'd pick this one up and see how it is. Good news, its great for water marbling! The formula was really nice, it was a good consistency and easy to apply with minimal streakiness. I used 2 coats for the photos below.

The last polish I picked up is called Clearwater. Its meant for water marbling, to create a negative space effect. I've been waiting to pick this up for a while, its usually in stock but I could never justify only buying it. I used a  base of Whitewater and marbled with Moonbow and Clearwater for the look below. Both Clearwater and Moonbow also marble really well, I had no issues with them not spreading. I actually managed a good marble on the first try which is usually not possible for me!

Overall I really like the 3 polishes I picked up and would buy from Pipe Dream Polish again. It looks like all of these are actually in stock (along with other polishes) if you've had issues like me with never being able to buy anything, looks like now is a good time!
